I love Nespresso it is so quiet and have been using plant based milk.Nespresso makes the best frother - so easy with single button push and in 60 seconds you get a hot or cold, pillowy foam. Delicious with coffee, cold lattes, espresso, cappuccinos.

I love this milk frother! It makes smooth, rich, and creamy foam in just a few seconds. It’s incredibly easy to use with just one button, and it works well for both hot and cold milk. Cleanup is quick, and the compact design doesn’t take up much counter space. It’s a great addition for anyone who enjoys homemade lattes, cappuccinos, or other coffee drinks. Highly recommend!

This is the best frother ever! After going through 3 other frothers in the past which all seemed to stop functioning for whatever reason, we love this thing. I bought the Nespresso bundle on Black Friday, so the frother came with the machine and I’m so glad it did. We liked it so much that we bought one for my parents who raved about it so much that they bought one for their friend for his birthday (he visited recently and told them how much he was impressed with it). At this point we should be getting commission from Nespresso, but I digress. My parents use it with their creamer (lol) and love using it that way whereas we use it with milk along with our Nespresso pod drinks and it tastes exactly like we went to a cafe. We have yet to use it as a cold frother, but looove starting our day with hot frothed milk as the perfect touch to our coffees. This thing is worth it. We spent well over the cost of the frother alone on other frothers that were not nearly as quality. The only thing that’s a bit annoying is that there’s always a milk biofilm at the very bottom of the frother after use and rinsing, so I have to carefully wipe it out each time rather than just rinsing thoroughly with hot water. We also sometimes will froth water in it to rinse it more thoroughly since it heats during that process. Great product. If you’re in the market for a frother, invest in this one. Hoping it lasts forever.

I got this to replace a first generation version that I had for more than 6 years. This new version lacks a handle, and the spinner aerator has been improved with a little handle to pick it up when there's milk in the frother. This may be helpful when the spinner is worn and begins stalling and chattering. Replacements fit the old one as well and and solve this problem. The non-stick on the old one wore through from cleaning, and is not practical to repair. The non-stick on this unit is better than the old, and seems to clean with just rinsing, which will hopefully make it last even longer. As long as your hands are big enough to pick it up without the handle (or you don't mind using two hands), I'm not sure why you'd want to pay almost three times as much for one of the old ones. My first attempt at replacing the old one was with the Chef's Star MF-2 Premier Automatic. This unit works ok, but the non stick was not as good, and made a little milk omelet even on the lower heat setting. It also was so sensitive to water that it would fail to turn on or start upon return to the base after just rinsing. I returned it, as I thought the water sensitivity was just a prelude to failure. Looking forward to ten years with this thing.

***update ****Lasted about more or less 2 years but had been causing issues for about a year or more. The whisk would stop spinning, or the whisk would be pushed off it's magnetic insert. If more than one person is to use it, it would overheat if trying to use again soon after. You would need to pour the froth foam fast or it would liquify. I luckily had bought insurance and got my money back. Instead I bought the kreig manual milk frother and another manual frother and that also works with the krieg container that can also be heated in the microwave. Both take less time than the nesspresso and makes better foam.It produces foamed milk fine but it's just ok? I use this bad boy almost daily mostly for my pour over coffee or chocolate drink.It produces hot warm foam or cold milk foam.There are a couple of annoying things I can report.It produces wet foam and doesn't foam all the milk leaving liquid milk about half still intact. It doesn't even give you a silicon or plastic spoon or spatula to gather the large amount of foam and milk left in the machine which it's a major pain. I use a plastic spoon and it is just a hassle to get most of it in your cup and even then your wasting milk. The machine also once put to have hot foam won't be able to make more hot foam again until it cools down.Pros:it's small and portable and easy to use.Cons : everything I stated above plus lacks foam modes like thicker foam or temp control. It's not only annoying to get most of the foam and milk out but to clean is best to clean after use or a slick film develops. Also although you can add cinnamon or other stuff I advise against it as it will make it stink even after wash and it isn't that powerful it seems of a mixer.I think the cheaper instant or instant pot milk frother has better modes and is comparable but I can't speak on durability.*****Notice Read Before Using***Oh I forgot to mention a lot of the reviews are wrong although it's nesspresso fault for not being clear. You will spill milk if you don't read the instructions. For warm foam you fill the bottom line only, if you want cool foam you fill the top line. Failing to do so, filling the top line for hot foam you will spill a lot of milk!

Unfortunately, my Nespresso frothing machine arrived with a broken lid due to poor packaging on the part of Amazon (I bought a "like new item" but they didn't box it up, just dropped it in an envelope!). Of course the lid arrived cracked. I considered keeping the unit anyway, but since they wrapped it so poorly that it broke on the outside, I don't trust that there is no damage on the inside as well, so I sent it back.My impression otherwise: it's a solid little frothing machine, with intuitive operation. The milk could come out hotter but it's not a deal breaker for me. The froth is amazing. Cleaning the unit is a breeze. I might just reorder one but this time, I'll get a new product so Amazon ships it in a box instead of lose in an envelope.If you are considering this unit. I'd say go for it. I have nothing to compare it to but it does what it's supposed to do within a minute or so. The quality of the froth is similar to that of the coffee shops. Only the temperature is different. If Amazon had wrapped it properly I'd have kept it for sure. Hope that helps!
