The product is only suited to blend ONE 300ml shake with only liquids and powders at a time. No ice. No fruits. No other solids as the motor is quite weak and the blade is a pathetic and hardly 1in size which cannot do any blending properly. the product seems to be more of gimmick than a real useful appliance. This might barely be qualified as a bulk corporate gifting item which looks good but is hardly usable and useful or worth the effort to use in day to day scenarios. The unit has a jar that has both the top and bottom fully open. Hence while using it the jar has to be secured quite tightly to the base unit and the top cap/cover has to be also screwed on quite tight to avoid any spillage of the liquids during blending. this makes it cumbersome to use as the top cap is quite tight to unscrew and screw again. The unit it self needs to be held in place while operating the blender as it easily moves while blending and might fall off the counter/table top. Tried crushing ice cubes filled to about 1/4 in the jar. the blending failed with the blades being too tiny and the initial few crushed ice flakes sticking to the bootom 1in of the jar wall and preventing the additional ice cubes to reach the blade. The bender only kept making a huge noise and the blades spinning in air without any contact with the ice. Absolutely useless for crushing ice. Tried making a cold coffee - poured in the coffee, sugar, milk and filled the jar 3/4. the blend worked fine - though quite loud - and after 30 secs auto stopped. the drink turned out okay. Tried another round and the blend stopped mid way and refused to run continuously for 30 sec even after multiple manual presses on the start button - the led indicator was flashing continuosuly with the motor not starting. Gave up making another drink - might be the base unit was getting overheated. The motor is quite loud. There is NO ventilation for the base unit as the unit needs to be hand washed in running water after use. hence the motor unit stops when even used for 1 or two rounds of 30secs each - likely due to getting overheated. The charging inlet is at the base which makes the charging only by keeping the unit horizontal and flat on the table making sure it doesnt roll off as its cylinderical. The charge port is covered with a flimsy rubber cover - not water proof - and will break out in a few uses if not carefully used. There is only one button with a gaudy very bright blue led indicator. The button has only one function to start or stop by long pressing it for a 1 or 2 secs. once started, the blender auto stops after about 30 secs. the blender has to be held firmly in place while blending as it easily moves when the unit is running. The cleaning is a big hassle as the jar needs to be cleaned with a few additonal runs with soap and water and then plain water. Even after that the jar has to be washed by hand seperately as the motor is not powerful enough to clean the jar. Then the base has to washed additionally in running water - note that this has the battery and electronics so washing should be done very carefully and gently. The most unsettling part is that the blade is fixed and cannot be removed even during washing the base unit by hand in running water - this is not very user friendly. There is no protection for the blade and base when not is use and if the jar is being used as a bottle to carry/store the drink - atleast a basic protective cover should be included. The blender seems to turn on only when the jar is securely attached - but its quite daunting to handle the base with the base exposed and knowing that the unit is charged as the flimsy blades are fully exposed. The overall build quality seems just passable and the product overall looks flimsy and cheap. Not recommended for daily use - seems a fancy gimmicky toy item with no real practical use for day to day purpose as the the unit is underpowered and badly designed due to fixed blade and cleaning/washing is a big headache and takes too much effort. Avoid and go for a regular kitchen blender.

This product is superb in blending and good enough power backup with low budget for gym beginners and other qualities is also impressive like noise level is too low & heat is also low when using it.

It was rubbish product at all. It stopped working within 2 weeks and after that we were not able to return it. Replacement has been done but it came without extra lid and usb cable. Then somehow we have complained about it then it got returned after a week. So please do not go for it if want to buy something that works properly.
