These cooling racks are EXACTLY what I needed. I wish I had these years ago. They fit perfectly in my sheet pans and will be able to hold many types of foods I bake.

Seems well made. No rust yet. Not easy to clean, but then I can't imagine others would be any easier.

Love these for dry my steaks or poaching salmon. Just the right size for two people.

This has cross pieces that most don't have...90 degree cross members that give extra strength and far higher quality...the steel is great quality and I highly recommend!
