I used it for my water tank platform.After using fixit 302 super latex layer finish, I use this roof seal classic. Which is giving me a nice finish more like a silicon plastic like sealing in the end. Mixing ratio and application instructions need to follow for a proper result. First coat 1:1 ratio with water. Leave it for over night or min 5 hour. Then apply each coat twice after 4 hour interval. It is a nice product but for 1 litre you can only cover up to max 20-25 sq.ft area, For Max, 2 coats. It's worth the finishing look.

Brush is missing in the packet
As given in the product description there is one brush with one ltr roofseal. I bought 2 ltrs so i have to get two brushes along with the roofseal. Even one brush is not there in the packet. Is this done by agents i dont know. But the seller must answer to this. Now I have seen another review stating the same issue, brush not included in the pack.so seller must either delete the wrong description or send me two brushes which is offered by the company dr. Fixit. This type of behaviour will affect the company's trust also. I dont have brush now, if the description is not given like that, i will already order the brush from another seller. But this made me waste of time, as i received the roofseal without brush. Hope amazon will read this and do the needful to send the brushes. Thanks
