Improper Export to USA - UPDATED
I must have failed to read the description completely. This "Wow Skin Science" product is of different packaging and I think different ingredients as well, in comparison to the Wow Skin Science products I've previously used. Most importantly, the bottles clearly say, "FOR SALE IN INDIA, BHUTAN & NEPAL ONLY." I have requested a refund and I'm awaiting a refund authorization from the seller. In doing some Internet research, it appears that Wow Skin Science as a company, with HQ in Largo, Florida, USA, may have closed or been sold and re-structured. I do not recommend these products unless you are located in India! UPDATE: the seller responded to my request for a return and refund. The seller authorized the return and refund, but also assured me the product was of the same quality standards as I’ve previously experienced. They said the labeling was for export requirements, but it is the same formula shipped from India to all other countries. I have decided to keep the product and trust their response at this time.

Less hair loss
Got this to alternate with the apple cider vinegar, shampoo and conditioner by the same brand. Really like the scent and have noticed less hair loss through the time of using as well.

A Good All Around Shampoo & Conditioner.
This is a great all around shampoo and conditioner. I've been using this for a couple of weeks with no real issues at all. My hair is shorter so I don't have issues with leaving a film on my hair or anything. My wife said maybe it left a little, but nothing too bad. The smell is okay, I'm not a huge tea tree scent fan, but it was an okay smell overall. It was shipped securely and we had no issues with leakage. Overall, this is a really solid shampoo and conditioner. I'd like to see it a little cheaper, but other than that not too bad.

Very drying
This is horribly drying. I can’t even get my fingers through my hair when I wash it with this. I have to use a deep conditioning mask afterwards just to be able to brush through it.
