I bought it month back and its pressure got dropped but after checking warranty I registered a complaint on nxt mrng and at the same day evening I got a call back from company executive , sir Subhajit , he was nice though and got to know , my head pump must be replaced and after 1 week I got new pump and subhajit guided me and the pump works so fine and the quality is good and easy to replace and subhajit guided step by step in vedio call and it's nice product from agaroo

The pressure washer performs well and offers good pressure for cleaning bikes, cars, bathrooms, patios, and other household areas. It is easy to use and provides satisfactory cleaning results for regular home use. The only drawback is the foam cannon/bottle. It does not produce thick foam as expected, and the shampoo solution gets consumed quite quickly. For washing a full car, I had to refill the foam bottle multiple times. An improved foam cannon would make the product much better. Overall, it is a good pressure washer with strong cleaning performance, but the foam attachment could be improved.

I bought the Agaro Supreme Plus pressure washer just to wash my motorcycle, using it less than 15 times over the last 5 months for 10-15 minutes each time. After 5 months use on 15 December i encountered serious issue when I turned it on the pressure washer started making excessive noise, vibrating more than usual, and was running continuously without pressing the gun. The water pressure was also very low. It worked fine the last time I used it, about 3 weeks prior to the issue. I thought it was an air block, so I spent an hour trying to pump water in to remove the air, but the problem persisted. I raised complaint by submitting the product details, invoice, and a 15-second video of the problem. I was told the issue would be resolved in 3 to 5 business days, but it ended up taking 17 days in total. Over the next 3 days, I received calls from 2-3 different agents asking me to resend the same 30-second video, stating the problem in the video and share it via WhatsApp. After that, I was told a technician would contact me and schedule a visit. Five days later, I followed up was informed the replacement is pending for approval. However, the approval dragged on for 10 more days. I called every day, and some agents told we will highlight the issue and some told it would take time. On the 12th day, I became more assertive and the agent told me the service person for my product SUBHAJIT, would contact me within 10 minutes. However, no one reached out, but to my surprise, the replacement was approved shortly after The replacement unit was shipped on 13th day, and my old pressure washer was picked up 15 days after I initially raised the complaint. Recieved the replacement product after 17 days and it appears to be brand new product. Product has good water pressure and works well, but if it sucks in air—which happens more when the inlet pipe is dipped in bucket instead of connecting to tap —it causes loud noise and vibrates, continuously runs even without pressing the gun. To fix this, need to take out the outlet pipe and run the machine with only inlet to clear the airlock—such a pain! There should be a simpler way to get rid of the air and turn off automatically if the air is intaken instead of running continuously and making huge noise and vibration. But I'm concerned about its durability and long-term reliability given the sudden failure with just 12-15 uses. I’m also not confident about how long the replacement will last. The warranty and approval process is tedious and takes a lot of time requiring multiple calls and resubmissions of the same details and videos. Unless you're very persistent, the replacement could be delayed for weeks. I'll update my review if I face any issues with the replacement unit. Got the replacement unit delivered in January 2025 and even this Replacement unit stopped working in July 2025 after about 6 months i am facing the same issue again. Just waste of money spending 5k for the machine that works only for 6 months that too with just using it for once or twice in a month

I’ve been using the [AGARO Supreme Plus Pressure Washer]() for the last 1 year and my experience has been very good. The 2200W motor and strong pressure make car, bike, floor, and home cleaning very easy. The 8-meter hose gives good reach and the adjustable pressure is useful for different cleaning needs. It saves both time and water compared to normal washing. The machine performs well for regular home use, especially for car washing and outdoor cleaning. Build quality is decent for this price range, and the self-priming feature works nicely with bucket water too. Maintenance is simple if used properly. Overall, it is a value-for-money pressure washer with powerful performance and useful accessories. Highly recommended for home and vehicle cleaning.

The build quality feels premium and the performance is powerful enough to clean my car, driveway, balcony, and outdoor furniture effortlessly. The pressure is strong, water usage is efficient, and the different nozzles make cleaning very convenient. Setup was simple, the machine is compact, and the hose length is good for easy movement. It removed stubborn dirt and mud within minutes without any hassle. Noise levels are also reasonable compared to other pressure washers. Great value for money and highly recommended for home and car cleaning needs!

I purchased this pressure washer in November 2024, and within 8–9 months of light usage, I started facing issues. But before I get into that, let me clarify something important: you are buying a pressure washer, not the accessories. The accessories included are free and do not carry any warranty. So my honest advice is—buy the washer, but also invest in better-quality accessories from known brands right away. Here’s what I recommend buying along with it: A new gun (~₹1000) A quick connect kit (₹600–1000) A proper shampoo spray cannon (~₹1000) Also, apply some grease on all connector threads—this makes fittings smoother and prevents wear. Performance & Issues For the first few months, the washer worked perfectly. My usage was only once or twice a month, and it’s still functional, but now there are small hiccups. Whenever I start spraying water, within 5 seconds the pressure drops slightly, and the outlet pipe begins to vibrate. I reported this to customer care, but the representative was clueless and gave no straight solution. Since my gun was leaking slightly, he blamed it on that (again—accessories aren’t covered under warranty) and also suggested an oil change. Gun Replacement Experience Buying a new gun is trickier than it looks. Many guns are available, but while they may look similar, sizes vary and they are non-returnable once purchased. For this washer, you specifically need a gun that fits a 15mm plug diameter—remember that number: 15mm. I ended up getting the TUQO Pressure Washer Gun, which is also available in a combo kit with quick connectors. I suggest buying the combo version—it makes your life easier. Oil Change Experience The oil change itself was another challenge. Even though I’m a semi-pro DIYer, it wasn’t easy. Here’s what I learned: The washer requires only 70–75 ml of 15W-40 CF4 diesel engine oil. Do not use motorcycle oil. I bought Gulf Cargo Power 15W-40 (500ml, ₹200). When I drained the old oil, I found metal shavings and particles dissolved in it, which was concerning. After refilling, I couldn’t get a perfect oil seal, so now there’s a slight oil leakage as well. Deep Cleaning Attempt Hoping to fix things, I dismantled the washer completely and cleaned every corner. Although the motor block looks bronze, it’s actually a cheap metal. Internals were starting to rust and were coated in a filthy black discharge. I cleaned everything thoroughly, but unfortunately, the issue persists. Current Status Even after replacing the gun, changing the oil, and cleaning the internals, the pressure drop and vibration issue remain. I have raised another complaint with customer care and am awaiting further updates. Final Thoughts (So Far) This washer has good initial performance, but long-term reliability and service support are questionable. Be prepared for DIY maintenance and extra accessory purchases if you plan to own it. I’ll update this review once customer care gets back to me. Warranty Experience (Updated) (08/10/2025) I raised a complaint on 12th September (Complaint No. 399463) and was assured a replacement part under warranty, but weeks passed with no update or response—even after follow-up emails, an escalation form, and multiple calls and WhatsApp messages. Recently, I received a pickup notification without any explanation. After some digging, I found it was from Universal, a partner company of AGARO. Upon calling them, I learned that the replacement pump has been out of stock, and management has decided to provide a full replacement unit once stock is replenished. The delay was due to post–Big Billion Day stock shortages, and I was never informed about any of this earlier. It’s good that they’re replacing the unit, but the lack of communication was disappointing. I’ve now sent back the entire unit with all accessories and am waiting for the replacement.
