Im 6'3" and 250lbs should i go with the xl or xxl? if it helps in a dress shirt i wear 17 1/2 x 36/37 sleeve lenght.

I've been issued Red Kap work clothes for over 10 years. I am 5'11" 160lbs. I prefer the medium. Large is a little baggy for my taste. As for sleeve length medium regular is plenty long for my average arms.

Can you use fabric paint on this material?

I wouldn't see why you couldn't. I used infusible ink from cricut to make my bfs work logo on the back of his and they worked great
