CABLE TIES
I use hair clips to gather TV and computer cables/wires; they work great and open easily to move or include cables. Some are not as sturdy as this brand and the "fingers" break easily; I also have some smaller clips for lighter wires. Hair clips also keep "small stuff" (short pieces of light line) organized in my grab bag for the boat.

Great quality, great price
These clips are strong and can hold any kind of hair…thin to thick!

Small & Sturdy
Not a whole lot to say about these hair clips other than that they are exactly what I wanted and expected. They look nice and offer basic colors that are easy to match with your daily wardrobe. Clip well and have a good grip. Made to be sturdy and hold up to use. These aren't the tiny little clips, though they are small. Most likely, just the size you are expecting. Unless you have horribly thin hair like mine, they are not going to hold all of your hair. Will mine though. Great for gathering locks to keep off your face or to style along parts of your head. I use them for that also and they work just as well.

Good strong clips but a bit hard to open.
I have similar clips from a known hair accessories brand prior to getting these clips. I got the 12 pack hair claw clips 1.3 inch in multicolor. The look/cut and style of minihope clips are exactly the same as the ones I already have. The name brand ones I purchased are said to be 3cm clips, but to be honest, I'm not sure what they're measuring. The shiny feel of both clips are similar, I can not feel a difference.Side by side, there are three differences between the clips.1. Name brand clip is definitely easier to open. The spring seems to be not as strong, and thus, is easier to open the clip. The minihope clips take extra effort and force to open with one hand. Visually you can also see that the minihope clip spring is slightly larger.2. The plastic on the minihope clip seem to be softer and has more give than the sturdier name brand clip's plastic. If I have both teeth side down on the table and I press on both, the minihope one's teeth has more give than the name brand one.3. The rubber grips on the inside of the clip feel different. The name brand clip has a resistant rubber feel to it, where as the minihope one feels smoother. It feels as if the minihope one would let hair slide right through, but it's better than no rubber grips! All in all, it's a comparable clip and it does what it is advertised to do. I could only tell the quality differences by having a name brand clip to compare with. I should note that at local retailers the name brand clips are just over a dollar each, and is similar in price to the 8 pack of these clips. I however got the 12 pack which is $10 and that makes each clip just over 80 cents. If I had to choose, I'd probably choose the name brand since it's practically the same price, however, minihope clips have cuter colors than the name brand. The value is okay for the quality, but I wouldn't pay more than that.

These are huge clips
Let me start by saying that I have really fine hair, and not a lot of it. In one of my pictures I showed a size comparison. The tiny clip (the ones you get about 12 of on a thin piece of cardboard from the big box store) are the ones I use to hold my growing out bangs out of my eyes. I could use something a bit bigger at this point as more hair grows out and needs to be kept out of the way. When I saw these were sized medium, I thought they would be perfect and be just a tad bigger than the micro clip I was using, but these are huge. Unfortunately for me, even if I make through growing out all of my hair, I would probably never need a clip this big. Now, as far as quality, they are awesome! They come in a variety of colors and they are packed like fine chocolates in a sealed box. The presentation is great. The springs in the jaws feel sturdy and as a former hairdresser, I would totally be confident that they would hold even the thickest, heaviest of hair in place. Awesome clips, just not for my super fine hair.

Awesome clips! Easy to open and stay put!
I can’t tell you how many clips I’ve tried lately. So many of them are HARD to open or end up slipping out of my hair. These are easy to open, stay put all day, and don’t rip my hair out. They have a soft finish on them that feels nice. I love the size but thought they were going to be smaller; I’d consider these a medium butterfly clip. Don’t expect these to be the super small mini ones!!If you have shoulder length or fine hair, these are perfect! Hope this helps. ☺️

Hold a lot of hair
These hold a ton of hair, especially for how small they are. I was expecting to use them for half up/half down styles, but I can actually put all of my hair up with a single clip. I have long thick hair and I'm always skeptical about claw clips because they almost never hold as much hair as I need them to. These hold as much hair as the large claw clips- see photos for size comparison. I'm not sure if the grippy feature on the inside is the secret, but these work really well.I got the matte colors and I think they look great and on trend. I took 2 of the lighter colors to work to keep in my desk and forgot to snap a picture of all of the colors.Would absolutely recommend.
