This adult diaper genie is FANTASTIC. Absolutely no odor anymore!! So easy to use. I highly recommend the single use bags instead of the continuous plastic roll. The continuous roll of plastic makes you tie off your own bags and when you get near the end, the plastic won’t stay connected. Therefore the last bag you make will not work. Plus I was only able to make 3 bags from the continuous roll of plastic. The Individual bags, 20 to a box they each hold about 15 adult diapers which is a better value by far.

Best diaper pail. No stinky diaper scent coming from this pail. I have had both pails, this one and the one without the light. Both are good, but this one with the light does make a difference.!

While it’s true that you won’t be able to fit as many adult diapers into the bags as you would baby diapers, I still think this is a great purchase. I change about two depends a day and the bags last about 5-7 days. This is awesome in my opinion. It is less if I put the pads in too but I started to use reusable/washable pads so that is less of an issue. There is no smell. I must give the caveat that most of the incontinence is urine related and not BM. So I don’t know if the smell would be an issue with daily BM depends. I have maybe one or two max of these per week to add to the pail. My wife still can’t figure out how to change the bag and she is very much like a clueless husband so beware of that, it’s not rocket science but without some training that might be an issue for some. Love her but she can’t be trusted to put together anything, manual or not.

As expected

We invested the extra money into this diaper pale and overall are happy with it. The only reason it got 4 stars is because, no matter what bags you get for it, it is not odor locking. I also dont love that I cannot confirm if the UV lights are on when I close it. They could not even be on for all I know. But regardless, its easy to use and convenient.

The media could not be loaded. I ended up really liking this diaper pail so I bought one for upstairs and one for downstairs. It’s easy to refill and easy to open. Love the color and how eay you can clean it with a wipe.

Was excited for this product and used it one day and no one in our family that used it could stand it. Super disappointed. First and foremost the front door would not stay closed AT ALL. It continuously swung open. We were constantly having to shut it and most times it would never remain shut. Second, the step pedal only opens is, you still have to use your hands to close it which partially defeats the sanitary aspect. Third, you have to physically push the diapers through the opening and I greatly dislike when diaper pails are like that. Returning and going back to our original tried and true diaper pail brand.

Would buy again
