Sometimes it doesn’t stop when it’s supposed to. I set it to water around 2 or 3 in the morning. Several times I have woken up and it is still going. This kills my water bill.**update**. The company read my review and offered to send me an upgraded model. I got it and it works great. It turned off when it was supposed to and it doesn’t leak

The timer is easy to program and easy to install. The problem we had was the timer reset itself, loosing the programs and resetting the time . We bought this to water our garden while on vacation, at some point the timer reset and stopped watering. It was quite disappointing to rerun and find our plants distressed from lack of water in the extreme Oklahoma heat, especially sense we had taken the precaution of installing a water timer.

UPDATE: Totally Pleased; company contacted me for replacement. Received an upgraded replacement timer and a free multi - pattern spray nozzle. I installed right away and timer still working beautifully! I do not generally return merchandise if under $50.00, but this company has surpassed my expectations. I will try some other products by them! Old Review: Received on time and it was very easy to install and program. But the inside valves split after 2 months use. This was attached to an outdoor faucet using regular waterline pressure. I will look for another product. Note: Made in China!

It does what it says it does and does fine. It isn’t to hard to set up if you follow all the instructions. My only complaint is some times it takes a few tries for it to register when you turn the wheel for manually watering. I do t know if that is due to it being in the sun in AZ during the summer or if that’s what it normally does. Other than that it follows the schedule I set great and the screen is still visible even though it gets a few hours of direct sun every day and it has Ben going strong for 2 months now.

The first Restmo timer worked intermittently, and I could not rely on it. After contacting support, I received a response within 24 hours offering a replacement, apology and an accessory for the inconvenience. I haven't had such good support for other purchases. Thank You Restmo Support

Fairly easy to install but not easy to program.Have had to reprogram twice and have only had it about 3 weeks.

We have had a lot of timer hoses and all of them had the same problem of leaking from the gasket. This one is the only one that worked perfectly. There are no leaks and just holding the timer you can see why. It is made of very high quality material and the very easy to program.Just one hint is to read the instructions before using it. That will make your job a lot easier as it shows you exactly how to do the programming. Best of all we discovered that it is up to 4 different times, so you can do as little as one and as much as four and everything in between.Overall would give it two thumbs up and highly recommend it!!

We were looking for a timer to water our vegetables/herbs consistently during the summer. At first, the timer seemed to be just what we needed - but after a month we had a first "failure" where the unit reset (you could tell because the clock had the wrong time) and forgot its program so the water didn't run. This happened on a 90 degree day and we realized it when the tomato plants started wilting :( But we were home and hand watered and gave the timer a try again. A couple days later it failed again. We contacted the seller and they immediately sent out a replacement. Great! Nice customer service! And all was fine for another month. Then we were out of town. And the timer failed in early August. Tragedy for my tomato plants which I had carefully tended for more than two months and were just starting to ripen - we came home from a long weekend away to severely distressed plants, half the plant withered, branches fallen because they could no longer sustain the weight of the fruit, unripened tomatoes knocked off the plant. I was practically in tears after tending these plants so carefully for so long. The pictures show my thriving plants just before vacation - and then the sadness we came home to. While I appreciated their customer service, I cannot recommend this product.
