Do these come with butane already in them? Or do I have to buy that seperately?

Butane not included, need to purchase separately. Thanks!

It’s described as having an electric igniter. Does that mean it uses a battery that may eventually need replacing?

Not that I’m aware of. You can refill

Any plans to make these as a regular flame?

the BIC EZ Reach lighter is a regular lighter with extended reach

Will these fit in a sleeve made for a bic?

I think it would but the long top would more than likely stick out above the case edge. I think the other one they have that looks like a Bic would be better. I do know that it is much easier for a person with weak wrist or fingers, which is my case. It acts and feels like a bic but of course is the Butane and refillable. Hope this helps. I am sorry it took me awhile to answer.
