At first I had written that the tea didn’t work but I’m coming back to say this tea is amazing. Let me break this down Unlike my other experiences of drinking a whole thing of prune juice when I feel constipated , drinking this was a slow burn. I will say the cramping was no fun at all, I felt like I was going through labor but bloating, constipation was gone . I wasn’t trying to lose weight but I did lose 4-5 pds within a couple of days. I did make 2 tea bags instead of one. The tea tasted great (I got the mango), I drank it at 7 Pm and started feeling the effect at 2 am (will not be doing that again hahah) I’ll either drink it during the day or late at night . My stomach is completely flat now & no more constipation .

I have been on my weight loss journey for awhile but I sometimes slip up on my diet and when I eat too much bread/grease my stomach acts up Chile. Well this tea is honestly helping me feel less bloated. The tea definitely makes you go #2 in 3-8 hours depending on your body and how much you eat/drink. I have been drinking it at 9/10 pm and wake up around 7 am ready to rumble. I usually make my bowel moves in the morning so it helps clean me out and give me that *skinny feeling! It’s been 3 days and I was 185 now I seemed to be losing a 1lb a day since now I am 183. I will keep trying it the rest of the week. Planning to do 1 week on this tea and then take a week break to see how it goes

I write this review, on the porcelain throne. I drank this tea, yesterday, at 7:15 pm. At 9 pm, I started burping up an eggy taste/smell. 11:00 pm, the cramping starts. Midnight, I run to the bathroom, but it wasn't anything too terrible and I thought I was in the clear... I was wrong. 2:30 am comes around and I run to the bathroom, faster than seabiscuit out the cage. I expelled 38 years worth of demons. I spent thr next 4 hrs on the porcelain throne. I then ate 4 tums and got ready for work. I barely made it to work and had to run to the bathroom. I down 4 pepto tablets, and 4 more. I was finally free of the porcelain throne... 20 hrs after drinking the tea. Do NOT drink this on a work night. I don't know if I've lost weight yet, since I'm so bloated, but I'm going to be brave and try it again on Friday.

Disappointed in the flavor and lack of even a bit of *slimming results*.
