Functional, aesthetic, and luxury. This is the coffee canister of my dreams. It can hold obviously more than just coffee beans, but the airtight seal lid coupled with the top sealing lid is just incredibly effective at preserving my freshly roasted whole beans in a satisfyingly heavy solid stainless steel metal container that is gorgeous to look at and keeps my beans fresh FOREVER. I loved it so much I have two and I just saw they came out with clear glass walled versions and my heart stopped. The size I chose comfortably holds just over 1lb of whole coffee beans. The lid is very easy to actually use and has am expensive satisfying feel to it when using it. I learned also you can write on these containers with those erasable chalk pens to label your contents which is very fun and cute.

This coffee storage canister is exactly what I was looking for. It comes in different colors and I really like the bronze color that I purchased. It also comes with two separate lids. One that you push all the way down to eliminate the air and therefore preserve your coffee beans, and a second lid that goes at the very top of the canister to preserve that vacuum for as long as possible. As to the size, I wish that there was a slightly larger size by this company, as unfortunately, it did not fit an entire bag of coffee. The shame is that they only need two sizes listed on the product page were small and medium, so I have no choice, but to buy the medium one. Other than that, this is an excellent canister to help you preserve your coffee beans, and it is quite elegant to boot.

This is the second AirScape coffee canister that I have purchased. I purchased this one because I was so pleased with the air tightness of the product. The design of the lid system is unique in that the inner lid forces air out and the outer lid prevents the introduction of other materials. The canister body is made of stainless steel so it is durable and should last a lifetime time. I chose this size to store ground coffee. It is just the right size to hold an 18 ounce bag of ground coffee. The copper color is appealing though I might have preferred matte black to match the larger AirScape canister in which I store whole bean coffee. Because of the quality of the product and its unique design, I believe it is a good value. It should enhance my coffee drinking experience.

I often wait awhile, get some real world usage before adding my review. No exception here. I have been using this product everyday since January 2024 (now 22 months) and I am very very happy with it. It does exactly what it says it will do. It keeps my beans fresh by removing the extra air trapped underneath the plunger keeping oxidation to a minimum. The plunger is smooth-fitting and easy to use. The lid fits tight. It has held up exceedingly well and shows no damage at all. I do wash, rinse and carefully dish towel dry the plunger, container and lid to remove the oils monthly. It continues to look brand new. Yes, I am certain it will dent if you drop it or are otherwise careless. I recommend it without reservation. And I intend to buy a couple more for storage of rice.

I’m so glad I saw the sale on this canister. I love getting that freshly roasted smell of coffee when I pull open the seal. The size was as I’d hoped, as it holds my one pound of Peet’s whole bean coffee. The seal is easy to close and the canister keeps my coffee beans fresh and ready for grinding. Bonus that it looks so nice on the counter, too - no large label or graphic staring out at me.

This is the second canister I have purchased. I purchased the tall one first, but wasn't quite large enough to hold my 38oz bags of coffee beans, so I purchased the smaller size. The design of this is really cool. It keeps the coffee beans super fresh and the coffee always tastes fresh. These truly are airtight, the size is perfect, fits into my cabinet, you can take this wear ever you go and use it for other things besides coffee. I think the price is right for the quality of this product.

I ordered the Planetary Design Airscape Stainless Steel Coffee Cannister to store fresh ground coffee. It does the job well. My coffee stays fresh for over a week or more. My only complaint is the canister itself is made of very thin stainless steel without the heft of other coffee canisters. It isn’t a deal breaker though.

This is the PERFECT coffee canister. It removes all of the air and keeps the coffee as fresh as when I opened the bag. This is a great product!

Whilst the product is well designed the soft padded envelope used for shipment was inadequate. The canister arrived with a dent near the bottom. This is the strongest point of the container. It must have received a good whack. Pity.

After a couple of weeks using it, I'm happy with the purchase. The container feels solid and the beans smell great. The capacity is enough to store 500g of beans, not much more.
