Have been using these CoQ10 capsules for years now and these are good quality, good price capsules. They have all the beneficial things and assist in great heart health. Whether you’ve had an event or not, these are a very good daily supplement to help the ‘ol ticker say ticking.

I take 800mg. per day for migraine prevention and these were a nice find and value for 400mg. per capsule. You have to be careful when choosing because many brands say “400mg. per serving but their serving is 2 capsules of 200mg. Not such a good value. I also take 800mg. of vitamin B-2 daily. My migraine history goes back 60 years and I take prescription preventives, too, but these vitamins are a win-win as they’re something natural to help your body in many ways.

These are capsules but average size, not large so easy to swallow, I prefer a gel capsule but these are not harder to take. I like that they are 400mg which are hard to find. I will buy them again as price was also good.
