The good:- These knives feel comfortable to hold- The handles are gorgeous- Very sharp and feel very solid- The blades do look good, but the pictures are not accurate to the actual blade you get exactly.The Bad:- The packaging it came in is really bad- The "plastic" sheaths were in almost all cases damaged, and in some cases, didn't fit the blade at all, the boning knife was jammed so tightly into one, it had to be forced off.The Ugly:- The "slicing" knife came with its tip chipped- The state of the box and the amount of tape makes me think it was a returned product that was resold, and the person who opened it before us haphazardly shoved the knives back in the box.Overview:These knives look great, the faux damascus pattern looks pretty good and they feel really solid and comfortable at this price point. The pattern looks less pronounced in person and it's a lot easier to see that the pattern is printed and repeated on most of the blades.If that was all I was reviewing, they would be a 5 star.The lack of care in the packaging and the damaged knife, they all make this a 2 star at best. This isn't on Amazon, the Amazon box was in great condition and it was adequately protected. The actual box the knives came in was covered in tape and looked like it had been through the ringer. The blades where just crammed into it, no protection aside from the plastic sheaths and plastic bag each knife was in, those bags had holes in them, the sheaths were heavily damaged and falling apart and cracked, the slicing blade came with a chip missing from its tip.We are probably going to keep these knives because we don't need a slicing knife or the plastic sheaths, but we are pretty upset that for just a little over $100 these knives arrived like this and likely would not purchase from this seller again as of this point.Bottom line:They look and feel good, but if our packaging experience is not a one off, your gambling on what state your knives will be in when you get them.

I was only mildly disappointed that the knives didn't come with a pouch for storage. And thats really the only thing about them i didnt like.They are very sharp, good edge. They look nice and handles are substantial enough to hold. The weight is good across all of the knives. You know its a step up from the basic knife sets when youre using tbem.I dont put them in the dishwasher, but prefer to wash and dry them after each use. So far, after a couple of months use, I am satisfied with this purchase..

They are super sharp and more beautiful than the images show. Only wish they sold matching steak knives to accompany them.

They are beautiful , but time will tell how sturdy.

They are very nice and very sharp but the protects do not fit the knives the handles are very nice and I recommend these but packaging they come in is kinda bad. But over all they are very nice and easy to hold and use. Love them

Very beatiful knife set and very sharp.it can handle many things in my wife’s kitchen.

I use these knifes everyday and they hold a edge very well. For only spending just shy of 20$ a knife it a great starter set. I never owned my own chef knifes before and I can say these are decent. Gives you an idea of what you like and don’t like and if you do happen to chip one or rust one your only out like 20$ instead of 100-130$. For Amazon I definitely say it 4.8 star quality. Just wish the guard was more secure.
