Does not come with power adapter for US market
I have several of these Samsung cameras (9) and wanted 1 more. They are not available any more in the US. This is sold by a store in England so it comes with a power adapter for the EU and UK market not the US. No big deal as a 9v adapter can be purchased here on Amazon for $10-$15. I like that the SD card (max 32GB sold separately) is installed in the WiFi box that mounts in the house and only the camera is outside. One side note the tech support phone number looks like its a UK phone number not US.

Doesn’t work anymore
Worked for a few months now it’s outdated ? No info on if there was an update of software or how to fix now I’ll have to buy a new system it was always up and down when working one day and not the next. So sad

Don’t buy!!! No longer supported by Samsung!
I have two of these woke up two days ago grabbed my phone went to app to check property where cameras are in use. No previews!Where the video windows are in the app saysProduct no longer supported! After calling tech line, I received an email later same day that stated cameras have reached end of life and no more support including app. Cameras were working and perfectly fine…..now declared dead by Samsung. Never again. Don’t buy! They won’t work. No support no app
