This product was quite easy to assemble. When I got to the drawers part is where I had the most issues. The drawers did not close properly so I did some shooting and looked at other videos. One particular video helped me. When I pressed down in the inside of the four corners of drawers and in middle as well. Do With slot of force you should here it go down. Also, I reached down in the inside of the bottom back and pushed in on the back end and Wow it worked perfectly. It looks great and no issues… I saw a lot of the reviews and I want to say it’s time consuming with the drawers but if you do what I said and have a little patience it’s worth your money and time…

Best filing cabinet design I've ever used!! Has the 2 rows of facing you files and smaller 3rd row other direction in between. It makes finding your files easy. Has so much room, and yet doesn't take up much room. It swallowed up files from 2 other cabinets I had and still has lots of space not used. Love the white color. Only one drawer opens at a time for safety, which is probably standard. I told my husband who ever designed it must have been a person who had used file cabinets before and knew what would be best! I usually don't write reviews, but couldn't stop raving about the design & how it has helped me be organized and looks clean & neat! The only visual thing I would change is the outside shiny silver metal tag holder with curvy edges that gets screwed on through the holes... in my situation I only put on one so far and I liked the cabinet white color, smoothness, and simplicity without that tag holder. Maybe if it were a soft white rectangle with straight lines tag holder (or covers or no holes for tag holder), but I know that's just my personal preference for the feel in my office. Still love it & so glad I found it!!! Didn't know what I was missing all along!

El material es excelente, lasinstrucciones muy buenas y el ensamblaje perfecto.Creo que solo hay un defecto en el sistema de rieles porque la gaveta de arriba no abria (leí en los comentarios que a alguien le pasó lo mismo) y para resolver esto, yo tuve que mover hacia arriba un pin que sobresale en la parte de atrás de las gavetas y luego la gaveta cerro, esto pasó como 3 veces y ya funciona perfectamente, espero que no vuelva a pasar y no haya mas problemas porque el gavetero archivadorr me gusta y es de muy buena calidad. Solo el detalle de la corredera.

I am using this item as a dresser and it is even better than I expected. I measured everything and compared to my space and current dressers. I had 3 tall dressers and one wide dresser. This room was crowded and it was unbearable. Of the three tall dressers, two of them were 5 drawer and one was 4. I was able to get the clothes from 2 dressers into one of these. This has drawers which are 9 inches deep, almost twice the depth of the 5 inch depth of my previous dresser drawers. I have a ton of clothes and only a little space and storage in my house so this was an incredible help. I managed to put two dressers to the curb and I ordered a second one of these so I can hopefully get rid of the other two dressers.The dresser is taller than I am so I put my pajamas up in the top drawer because I don’t need to see what I’m wearing to bed. I just put long sleeves and pants on one side and shorts and short sleeves on the other so I can reach up and grab what I need without the visual being an issue.For the item itself, it was extremely easy to put together. I did not use the included screwdriver, I used a screw driver gun or drill. I did build it by myself in about 40 minutes. (I’m not a handy person, it was just that easy!)It’s extremely sturdy and is probably holding 70 lbs of clothes inside as well as a few blankets I rolled up and set on top. Only one drawer can be open at a time which is a great safety feature to avoid tipping. It does come with the mounting piece where you can screw it to the wall to protect it from tipping but since this room is being completely redone, I haven’t figured out the final spot for all the furniture in order to do that yet but without it screwed to the wall I still have had no issues with it leaning or tipping. I have had it for a month now and I can say this is one of my favorite purchases for organization in my small space. I am considering ordering a third one to store Christmas decorations, bags, bows, etc, but I haven’t gotten as far as measuring if this would be reasonable storage for these items or not.I don’t even know what else I can brag on on this, I just love it so much, it truly went beyond my expectations.

I loved this file cabinet the moment I received it. It is even more sturdy than I expected. One of the slides was messed up and they replaced it. I wasn't given the run around they just got the information from me they needed and sent the new slide. I would definitely recommend this product.

Nice cabinet easy to assemble with basic tools. Lots of space for files and supplies. Looks great and the description on the page was accurate. Both drawers lock which was a requirement for me in securing sensitive documents.

Solid product, once it's put together. The drawers open and close smoothly, and it's got some good capacity. Again, all around, a great product....once it's put together.Except, putting it together is an exercise in agony. The instructions were clearly translated by Google, poorly, and the order they have you do the steps makes ZERO sense. In fact, the ordering of the steps actively makes it harder than it would be otherwise. On top of that, the actual act of tightening the screws is physically painful.If you decide to get this, be prepared to hate every second of building it, but to end up with a good finished product.
