Can you purchase additional paint?

I just bought more paint at the craft store. They had kits there and sold extra paint separately

Did you have paint leftover at the end or did the projects use it all up?

There should be some paint left over, however how much will definitely depend on each individual and how much they use and/or mix.

Can you use any canvas?
