Works great for the price
It comes with labels on all the wires, and the Apple car play works very well with no lag, audio was also pretty good, only issue is the split second cut off while playing music (very minimal), the occasional Apple car play disconnect, even on new usb cord, and the static feed back while playing music, but I’ll take those issues any day for the price I payed for this. The mounts didn’t quite fit, but you can just purchase the mounting kit for your car on Amazon or Walmart and use the brackets that come in that kit, it mounted up perfect and flush.

Absolute junk. Do not buy.
Terrible stereo. Worked well for the first 4-ish months and all of a sudden, the Apple CarPlay stopped working. This stereo is not installed in a primary vehicle either. The vehicle gets driven 1-2 days a week for less than an hour. The stereo has less than 30 hours of collective use and is already failing. Do not buy.

You can’t beat the price!
Installed in a 4th gen(2007) 4runner SR5I was really skeptical at first, it’s insanely cheap and the reviews were eh BUT after giving it 8ish months (installed in January) I have to say that it’s amazing. Bluetooth works great, CarPlay works great, radio functions, touch screen is responsive, all the thingsWHAT TO KNOW: You need to make sure you buy the proper anchors, mounts, wiring harness, etc. This won’t just magically slide into your stock radios spot. Even mine fits kind of janky but that’s due to user error when installing the mount. If you don’t know what you’re doing, then hire a professional. This isn’t something you can just DIY. I had a professional help me install mine to make sure it was hooked in correctly.Read the manual very very carefully. The English isn’t great but if you pay attention you’ll be fine. Especially when it comes to the wiring. The usb ports can be funny sometimes so make sure the cable you use to plug your phone in with is reliable.Cable for the back up camera is very short…i did not install the back up camera. I could probably buy an extender of sorts but it wasn’t too important to me. It might reach fine in a sedan but with how it needed to be wired it would work for my suv.Volume control buttons on the screen are tiny but work, kinda wish I had opted for a radio with a knob but oh well.OVERALL, this radio is great! Amazing price, works, and looks good! Very sleek! Highly recommend!

Good but...
This is a good budget friendly radio but the problem we ran into was wiring it properly on a 2007 dodge. Wiring it according to the instructions and troubleshooting instructions did not work. Found a YouTube video that stated to wire the acc line to the pink line on the 12v cigarette outlet that turns on and off with the key. Wiring it to the red or yellow wires either left the radio on with the key removed or it didn't power on at all. After wiring it to the line going to the 12v cigarette outlet everything works properly so far...

I’m very impressed!!
I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt I had to on this one! I have been installing car radios since 2000 and I’ve come across my fair share of duds. This radio really impressed me for the price! I had very low expectations for something less than $100. But I will list my pros and cons for installing this into my 2003 crown vic.Pros: sound quality is a lot better and louder than my previous radio.Installation is straight forward and every is labeled.CarPlay works very well! This is where I had the lowest of expectations.Tons of options for every car to include steering wheel controls.Very responsive connections to phones. All buttons and remote are very responsive.Cons: slightly laggy scrolling through CarPlay. You have to adjust the audio to get the perfect sound which is normal, but the way it comes factory sounds bad.Bluetooth connection plays music really quietly so you need wired connection to hear over road noise. My car specifically - it does not fit into dash without minor hidden trimming.I just installed it so I can’t speak on longevity, and I have not connected the rear camera yet either. I also use apple so I can’t speak on android. Overall I highly recommend this radio for anyone looking for a cheap option to get CarPlay into their older vehicle!

Pos
Had It for about a month now , all of a sudden the radio wants to glitch out and do whatever it wants and you can’t control it , so I decided to unplug and make sure I had no loose wire and plugged it back it and , played a song on the Bluetooth and go halfway thru the song and it restarted, after that it kept changing my songs by its self uncontrollably

Good for price tag
Just installed this radio in my car with a skar 8” subwoofer. I replaced a kenwood double single din radio. This radio is not of excellent quality but for the price tag you cant go wrong. It sounds much better than the kenwood surprisingly and a major plus a steering wheel interface is not required. Time will tell how it holds up but dont think you can go wrong with a proper install. Bluetooth works excellent.

Junk
Worked great till CarPlay stopped working after about 4 months have had it for 9 months now and u can’t touch the screen. Meaning it doesn’t respond properly to what you’re trying to hit. Using the remote right now to get to bt most the time I have to hit it over and over till it finally changes. Would recommend looking at a different radio. U get what u pay for will not buy again
