a cell went bad after less than 2 months, but they replaced it with a better battery for free
Received it on July 22 2023 and today on Sep 16 2023, only 5 out of 6 cells are functioning. Update: Upon contacting the seller, they offered to send me a 550 mAh battery and refund the difference. I offered to pay the difference if they'd send me a higher mAh battery, and then they offered to send me a 1050 mAh battery, and I didn't need to pay the difference. It took more than 5 weeks, but I finally received the replacement battery, and it works great. Due to customer service that exceeded my expectations, I increased my rating from 2 to 5 stars.

So long with the "Premium materials and quality". Most of my FPV quad batteries are Tattu and so far I was impressed. I am fairly disappointed as I was recommending this brand left and right.

Updated Review After Seller Contact
I had an initial issue where I received what looked to be recycled batteries, and I left a pretty negative review (as I would expect anyone), however the seller reached out to me very quickly and wanted to fix it. They are shipping me the correct battery and I am thankful for the customer support, especially because this battery is GOOD. As Long as you get the right one, you'll be glad you bought this.

Im embarrassed to say this is what the company sent me. I dont think so im not flying my drone with that nightmare powering it. I mean look at it! its about to explode. I got this straight from them after waiting a month for a replacement.
