Dollar Shave Club - 6 Blade Razor Refills (8 Pack) - Razors for Men

I’ve been using the Dollar Shave Club 6 Blade Razor Refills for a couple of months now (the 8-pack) and I genuinely look forward to shaving a little more than I used to. I switched over after getting tired of paying premium prices for cartridges that didn’t feel any better than these. Right out of the package, the blades feel solid and well-made. The first few shaves are noticeably smooth—almost zero tugging, even on a couple days’ growth. The six stainless steel blades deliver that close shave the description promises without scraping or irritating my sensitive neck area, which has always been my problem spot. I can go over the same area a couple times and it still feels comfortable. No nicks or razor burn like I sometimes get with cheaper 3- or 4-blade options. They rinse clean pretty easily too, which is a small detail I really appreciate when I’m half-awake in the morning. The lubrication strip holds up well for the first week or so and keeps things gliding nicely. On the flip side, they do start to lose that super-sharp edge after about 5–6 shaves for me (I shave every day). They’re still usable for another couple days, but I notice I have to be a bit more careful and the closeness isn’t quite as effortless. Not a huge deal since the pack gives you plenty of refills, but worth mentioning if you have a heavy beard. Overall, the quality feels consistent across the blades I’ve used so far, and the value is excellent compared to the big brand names that cost twice as much for similar performance. I feel like I’m actually getting my money’s worth instead of paying for fancy marketing. Would definitely repurchase. These have become my go-to refills! Hope this helps!

This 6 blade razor is well worth the value. I get at least 3 smooth shaves out of each blade, having thick coarse hair. The handle is very lightweight so you can getter done quickly. Good product! I would buy again 👍

I’ve been using dollar shave club for two years now their razors are very nice. They leave my legs feeling smooth and fresh. These are great for both men and women. I even ordered a set for my daughter. And they come in different colors that are cute.

Reasonable price, and connect well to DSC handle. Glides over skin very nicely, and shaves very closely.

I know what you’re thinking, one star review?? wild right? Years ago I used to use Gillette razors, they were good for me but then they got too expensive, I stumbled across dollar shave club in about 2018 I have been using the razors for a very long time mainly because they were amazing, they lasted a very long time in the blades were always super sharp out of the box. I’m bald, so I have to shave my head at least every 48 hours. I do a lot of shaving not just the head but also I trim up my beard the neckline and also shave the mustache off constantly. One blade will last me weeks if not months because of the craftsmanship of them. That is until they started this new line of razors with the orange strip.. the orange strip doesn’t even last a full shave session. The blades are super dull out of the box they barely want to cut anything and I went through three razors in two days just to see if one of them was the problem, it was not a full box was the entire problem I re-purchased and they are still extremely bad.. the quality definitely went down, it seems like they cheap out on their materials now, and they don’t care about the consumers anymore they only care about money and profit. It really sucks, I’ve been using their razors for a very long time, close to a decade and now I will never use them again.. I did stumble across Harry’s razors, and I just got my first box today of those and they are 100 times sharper than one dollar shave club they seem like they are well-made, in the first shave which is their basic razor not even the plus version was immaculate. It’s sad that I’ll never use dollar shave club again but they went down the wrong path. Harry’s razor is the way ago if you’re in need of a new razor, I highly recommend Harry’s.

I’ve been using these Dollar Shave Club 6-blade refills for a long time, and they do give a really smooth, close shave. If you shave often or like a super clean finish, these blades definitely get the job done. The built-in trimmer blade is also handy for getting those tighter spots like under the nose or sideburn edges. One thing to keep in mind is that this pack doesn’t include a handle, and it’s not compatible with the Heritage or Executive handles, so double-check what you have before ordering. The stainless steel blades seem durable and sharp. I haven’t had one go dull quickly so far. Price-wise, it kind of depends on what you’re used to. Some might find this 16-pack a great deal, while others might think it’s a bit on the pricey side for replacement blades. Personally, I think it’s fair for how well they work, but not a budget option. Pros: -Very close, smooth shave, and easy cleaning -Trimmer blade is a useful extra -Good blade sharpness and durability -Stainless steel construction feels solid and good design Cons: -Price might not feel like a bargain to everyone even though I've no problem with it

Absolutely love these razors! I’ve been using them for years and would never switch to another brand. The shave is incredibly smooth, the blades stay sharp for a long time, and they never irritate my skin. I now order them on subscription because they’re just that good. Worth every penny — highly recommend!
