Great for super sensitive skin
This is the first and only moisturizer I’ve ever been able to use daily without major breakouts. And I’m in my 40’s. Yes, my skin is THAT sensitive and this $10 product is the only thing that works.Yes, the pump kinda sucks. You gotta pump it like 100x to get it to work. (No, it’s not broken and it’s not supposed to have a tube on the pump. It pumps up from the bottom. Which probably ensures getting all of it out.) Worth it.

The pump isn't broken or missing.
I have used Yes To for years. This is nice and light on your skin. There is NO PUMP. You have to pump it "a million times" and the product will start to come out. The reviews I read talk about the pump being broken, it's not, there isn't one. You have to pump it to create the suction for the product to dispense. I love Yes To!

Conflicted
I bought this bc years ago my friend and I did a yes to cotton mask together and it cleared up her rosacea for a few hours. It definitely made me a lot less red in the face but the pump came broken so I had to cut open the bottle to get it out. I have bright red eczema on my entire body and this makes my face not red which is super rad. The other problem is it stings to put on. Great light weight moisturizer that is perfect to get rid of red irritated skin while somehow irritating the skin.

Great moisturizer; disappointing packaging
I am close to giving this 5 stars - I love the moisturizer but have some issues with the packaging. The moisturizer is great - very gentle (I have pretty sensitive skin) and has a really neutral, mild scent. And moisturizes well!As for the packaging, I'm not very satisfied with that and I hope Yes To take note. First, the pump mechanism stopped working almost immediately. It's not a pain to get the moisturizer out of the container and that might be a dealbreaker for future purchases. Second, I think it would be better for sales if the customer can see how close they are to being empty. This product isn't available many places in my area (or sells out in the stores that carry this brand). If I can't plan ahead to reorder, I'm likely to switch to another product. But overall I'm very supportive of products from this company and this moisturizer is no exception.

How to get the lotion to dispense
First off, this moisturizer actually works for my skin! Doesn’t make me break out, doesn’t leave my skin dry, not irritating at all! Now, the packaging is a bit tricky. It’s a vacuum pump so when you first get it pop off the bottom (I use a screwdriver or a paper clip) take off the top and gently push the little platform inside up until the lotion is near the top. Put the cap back on, and try a few pumps. It should come up easily!

Good moisturizer, useless pump
Great moisturizer but as the previous reviewer noted, there is no tube attached to the pump in the jar so the pump doesn't work, which means you have to unscrew the jar and pound the cream into your hand. The pump is useless, this makes no sense at all. Please change packaging, a small pot would be fine as the cream is quite thick.

Packaging just needs patience
So like a lot of the the other reviewers I also was frustrated with the pump thing, it looks like it’s missing the tube that feeds into the pump but upon emailing with a VERY nice lady from Yes To I was given a solution. Here’s a snipet from her email :Our Cotton moisturizer requires just a tad of patience to get it going. Simply press the pump 20-30 times, and the product should start dispensing. If you took a peek inside, you are right, there is no tube. This pump works without it, and it also makes it so you can get all of the product out of the bottle!now it did take me more that the 20-30 she suggested. More like keep going until your hand gets tired and the pump gets tougher to push because that means the product is coming up. Haven’t had a issue since. Hope it’s helps y’all!

Oil
Cottonseed agrees with my oily skin normally but this stuff makes me extremely oily, like as if I haven't washed my face in days in the summertime. So, I tried it for a night moisturizer instead of day moisturizer but woke up too oily and dirty feeling. It is creamy and light weight and worked fine on my neck and chest.

Great product - bottle is not broken!
Other reviewers must not be trying very hard. Yes the pump stopped working after a short while, fairly quickly after I bought it - but all you have to do is keep pumping and it will start again. It is a vacuum system so needs to get rid of any excess air. Not a big deal to press the top a bunch of times to get it flowing again. I have also found no need to take the bottle apart as some other reviews have said to do.The moisturiser itself is lovely and really nice for my ultra sensitive, rosacea skin. I also use the cleanser which unfortunately Amazon doesn't stock and find they are both very gentle products that work well for me.

Defective bottle
The moisturiser itself is very good but the pump action on the bottle was broken. A main piece of the pump was not there.
