The scarf I received is devoid of sparkles 3" or so one one end. Are the sparkly stones supposed to go all the way to each end of the wrap?

The sparkles were all over my scarf.

No you cannot iron it however you can steam it with a steamer, Or run your hot water in your bathroom as hot as it will go hang it on the shower curtain outside of the water and let the steam have the wrinkles fall right out!
