Allows tall people to cut a band that works for the exercise they are doing. Husband is 6'4", nothing at the athletic store worked for doing exercise to over his head. These are great but bear in mind the band doesn't last forever ( I am talking about years though) even if you aren't using the extra. It ages through the years and then is more brittle if it is old. This is our second box of them.

Great quality and good price

Hey - this is surprisingly useful. I have loops of it lurking in many places now, so that when I have a few minutes to spare I am using it. I am a big guy and will probably buy a heavier weight tubing next time, but this works for strengthening aging joints. Sometimes I double up the loops so that I am pulling agains four strands when I want more resistance.We're not going to get ripped using this stuff, but the gentle, progressive resistance prevents injuries. I use it constantly and feel like I have added strength and stability without giving up range of motion. My shoulders feel better than they have in a long time.

Previously I have used the dark blue tubes, the black offers more resistance. The tubes also appear to be more durable, too.

Replaced bands on an existing device. It was a challenge getting the bead in the ends, but it's just like new now.

I purchased this for physical therapy for my sore shoulders and it works great. It came in one long 25' length which is what I expected. My husband immediately commented that this tubing would also work great for his sling shot but we haven't used it for that (yet).

This was two lengths taped together instead of a continuous 25 foot length. Nothing in the description of specifications says that this might be cut into multiple pieces. I was expecting to cut it into three 8 ft pieces but that is not possible.

Stretch cord works as advertised. Be sure to buy the resistance you need. I should have bought the highest resistance cord.

I wanted to replace some bands provided by physio, and liked the black high-resistance type. Tubing is excellent for shoulder exercises and ties neatly on posts etc.

Generous length that allowed for cutting to desired lengths to suit individual needs.

Rather disappointed with color code scale. Not what I expected at all.I assumed that the "black" color weight/strength would be close to the same as from another manufacturer, but it's like half as strong as what I already was using. I assumed that this color code was an industry standard, but it obviously is not. Don't assume what Thera-band color scale is the same or similar to other brands, it's obviously not.Unless you already have experience with what the color code is from Thera-band, you'll have no idea what you're getting, it will be buy and find out, trial and error purchasing.
