I read the book and the translation was correct but I’m not sure if it’s in European Spanish or another Latin country’s Spanish. Its definitely not A big deal, but caught me off guard that it wasn’t Mexican-American Spanish. His parents messaged they loved it and I would buy it again! Great story time book material for the new brother-to-be and something that the whole family can read to him with no language barriers. Good way to introduce what a “brother” is to a small child.
Bought for my nephew during quarantine so not sure how he liked it. Had it mailed to my house and put it into a gift basket with other goodies. The book was in good condition and felt like sturdy cardboard material. I read the book and the translation was correct but I’m not sure if it’s in European Spanish or another Latin country’s Spanish. Its definitely not A big deal, but caught me off guard that it wasn’t Mexican-American Spanish. His parents messaged they loved it and I would buy it again! Great story time book material for the new brother-to-be and something that the whole family can read to him with no language barriers.

Very well written!
Love this author! In English and Spanish, the words rhyme and the beautiful message is conveyed. I had tears on my face the first few times we read this to my toddler. He loves the book and I think it’s preparing him for the role he’s about to take on!

Cute book
We got this for my first born. The book is really cute and the illustrations help transmit the message for the smaller ones. I also love that it is a bilingual book.

Muy bonito libro
El libro y la historia en general son muy bonitos, sin embargo para los que lo compramos es importante ver la edad que tiene nuestro hijo que ya esta acon nosotros. Me paso que compre muy emocionada el cuento para leerselo a mi hijo de 5 años que será un Big Brother y cuando se lo mostré para leérselo me dijo que NO le gustaba por que ese cuento era para bebés 😵💫 En conclusión falle con la compra, pense que mi hijo lo amaría. Saludos!

Great book! My 21month old loves it!
I got this book for my 21 month old son and he loves it! It's very short and sweet! He points to the pictures and I can tell it is preparing him for the arrival of his little brother. I picked this book amongst the other "big brother" books because my son also loves their other bilingual book " I love you through and through". Also, the translation is very accurate! Great book!

Buscaba un regalo para el hermanito de un recién nacido. Justo lo que quería y mejor aún. Aunque es un libro pequeñito, las ilustraciones y el texto (bilingüe) son ideales. Muy bonito para compartir la lectura madre/padre/hij@.... Muy contenta, espero que les guste tanto como a mí ;-)
