I picked up the Momofuku Black Truffle Chili Crunch out of curiosity, and now it’s one of those things I don’t want to run out of. The flavor is bold but really well balanced — you get that savory chili crunch first, then the umami hits, and the truffle comes through without being overpowering or fake-tasting. Texture is a big win here too. It’s got that perfect crunch that makes everything better — eggs, noodles, rice, even just throwing it on top of leftovers completely changes the dish. I’ve caught myself adding it to things I normally wouldn’t just to see how it turns out, and it almost always works. A little goes a long way, but it’s hard not to keep going back for another spoonful. It definitely feels like a more premium version of chili crisp, and you can tell some thought went into the flavor. Only downside is you’ll go through the jar faster than you expect. If you like chili oils/crisps and want something a bit more elevated, this is 100% worth trying.

Not bad at all. They have a light truffle flavor so its not overpowering. I use this on my dumpling and in my noodles.

Excellent taste, a bit hotter than I thought it would be but still good. Not sure if I can taste black truffle.

This is my second time purchasing the truffle version. It was so good, I had to get it again. However, although I bought the truffle version, I was sent the regular version. The box even says truffle, but the jar does not and does not list truffle as an ingredient. Thank goodness Amazon’s return policy is a breeze, but Q/A seems to be lacking.

Best Chili Crunch brand I have found. Put it on anything and everything. The black truffle adds an extra kick of flavor. It is spicy, but it doesn’t overpower your mouth to where you can’t taste what you are putting it on. Stays crunchy and lasts a long time.

The black truffle flavor is addictively good. I got this last week and have been using it as a condiment on everything. Egg salad, fried rice, pizza, sauteed veg, everything. I will never be without it again. Full of flavor,

I bought because of the positive reviews. But this is the nastiest crunchy chili I have tasted. Will stick with my other brand.

This product is amazing....worth the money, i will keep buying this product. If you havent tried it. You have to try it. It isnt too spicy but full of flavor!

Like many other's who purchased this product, it arrived leaking profusely around the lid. Most of the oil had leaked out not only making a mess but also making the product unusable and untrustworthy. Would have like a refund but this is a non-refundable item.

Product is great, Delicious! Jars always leak... Momofuku, get better Jars.

Seriously the best chilli crunch ever. Not too salty, lots of depth of flavor. Can't get enough of it.
