Incredible value, accurate tool... with an acceptable/average quality finish.
Delighted with this item. It was extremely cheap. It is *accurate*. The quality of the finish on the ring mandrel is just 'adequate' but that does not take away from the tool. I read reviews about the mandrel not being accurate, so that was my chief concern. However I used a calipers to spot check the rings (pictures of rings J and L attached). They were all within less than 0.1mm of the offical ring sizes - I was very impressed! The mandrel itself is not perfectly finished. If you run your finger along the edges there are some small sharp edges. I just ran some fine grit sandpaper along those edges to remove the burrs. All in all - for the price - an incredible tool. Highly recommended.
