The product was professionally packed, it arrived on time, and the taste of the baklava was amazing! Amazing customer service and the baklava arrived fast and fresh!
We've made 2 orders now (premium and classic pistachio). Both were fantastic. Almost as good as getting it directly in Istanbul. Our second order came during a snow storm and was held up by DHL at the distribution center. I was sent a free second order to ensure they arrived fresh as soon as the weather cleared. Amazing service.

Best Baklava I have ever had!
If I could give this Baklava more than 5 stars I would. It was absolutely the most delicious I have ever had. We bought the 2 pound tin and the three of us ate it before the end of the second day. It was well worth the wait and I plan to buy from them again in the future.
