Absolutely no problem between ordering it on Amazon and having it shipped. It arrived in a very timely fashion and was exactly as it was advertised. No problems there. Seller/shipper gets 5+ stars. I'm reserving the last star rating because I'm still evaluating the battery itself. Pros: totally took over where the factory battery failed. I would lose 40-60% of the charge within an hour or two without even talking, texting, nada... just the phone sitting on my desk so this battery does what it promised. Con: it takes a long time to charge.....4-5 hours to get to 100% from under 10% battery life. Also, I'm figuring it takes a couple cycles of draining the battery to near zero and recharging it to get it in sync and since I haven't had time to do that, I'm holding back on the 5th star.

Works well and I like having a spare battery for my cell phone for when I am away from main stream civilization like when camping or hiking. I keep the spare battery in my first aid kit so I always know where to find it. I also rotate the batteries between the first aid kit and phone twice a year so I always have a charged battery in the first aid kit for emergencies.This battery weighs about 1oz so you could carry two or three with you while hiking for a lot less weight than a portable solar charger. For those of you with cell phones that don't have a replaceable battery, you should always carry some method of recharging the phone in case of emergency.

I am very happy with the battery for my prism. T-mobile doesn't carry anything remotely close to this battery so I had to search on here. The fit is perfect and performs great as a replacement lasting far longer than my business hours, which was why I wanted replaced my old battery.

Excellent battery. Works all day with phone connected to data. I normally only turn it on as needed but not with an extra battery. This battery typically lasts a day at least but I know I will have the original battery as a last ditch option if needed.

It is ok. It didn't take care of the problem. I needed a new phone.
