Great shower, strong and well designed. If anything does go wrong the support is very responsive.

This shower work great as an outdoor shower. After about a year, it started leaking out of the gasket where the two pipes meet. I contacted the seller, and they were great about immediately assisting with diagnosing the problem, then shipping parts to repair the shower. After replacing the gasket and parts where the leak was, the shower is working great again.

I bought this shower fixture a little less than 2 years ago. We absolutely loved it. The rainfall shower head was great. Unfortunately, one of the parts on the shower broke recently. I reached out to their customer service to see if I could pay to replace the part and they ended up sending me a whole new shower fixture free of charge. They went above and beyond my expectations. Not only is it a great product, but excellent customer service, too!

Let me start by saying I am not a plumber but I have a ton of experience with plumbing (do it yourself stuff). I installed the 2 stainless pipes NPT in the wall of my outdoor shower at the exact distance to meet the threaded adapters to the facet. The problem is that the threads start catching and spinning in at different places on the pipe in the wall...which causes them to be at different angles and now don't fit each other when tight. I can swing them around to fit at the right spot, but then they are not tight and water leaks from the adapter at the wall. I had to beat out one of the pipes to "spin" it in the appropriate spots to line up. I have reached out to Gotonovo with an email but have not heard back. They say they respond within 12 hours but it has been over a day. There are also some "extra" washers with no explanation for where they go or why they are there in the instructions. I am at 1 star for now. If I get this thing working I may move my review up. Frustrating.

We're very much enjoying our shower unit! We've had it installed in our outdoor shower and it's become the favourite shower of 3 in our house. Great pressure and we love the 2nd wand feature... which also helps when it comes time to give the dogs a rinse after a romp on the beach! It functions & looks great and so far it far exceeds what you might expect for the affordable price point.

I bought this 3 years ago. It is now leaking and the finish is rubbing off. Nice design but not sturdy enough for outdoor environment must be. I wish they would send me a new one.

It’s a great looking outdoor shower but the plumber said I would eventually have issues with it and a year later it’s dripping from the head and knob. The plumber said I need to contact the seller and ask if I could get a cartridge sent that’s inside the piece. So hopefully the seller sends me the piece so he can fix the issue. Otherwise it’s a nice shower and lasted one year in the NYC weather. Once I get the piece the plumber said it will be fine. But it might be something we have to get once a year.

This is an incredible product we use it for an outdoor shower and when coming back in from a hike in the woods or working in the yard it's great just to get cleaned up before going inside. We also have a hot tub so it's great to be able to shower before you get in and when you get out. I was so impressed with customer service as one of the set screws was not the right size, I was able to call, get a hold of somebody easily, they immediately set out the new part without any delays or problems. Great product great customer service at a reasonable price can't ask for more
