Life-saver!
I recently discovered my crushed clay pipe when removing a tree stump. So I needed to connect from a cast iron, to a 3-inch T cleanout, then connect to the remaining 4 inch clay pipe. It was straightforward to link the cast iron to the 3 inch ABS pipe, but what got me stuck was the connection between the ABS and the clay...I tried windows/door sealing silicon, roof repairing tar/goo, but nothing really makes a pro-looking, or code compliant connection, until this!It might appear to be a little tight fresh out of the box. What you can do it to leave it out in the sun for a bit and it should be much easier to put on the clay pipe. Note that the diameters reference here are all internal diameter (ID), not OD. a 4-inch clay pipe typically would have a 5-1/2 inch OD.

I used this coupling on the installation of an ARB Safari Snorkel on my Toyota FJ Cruiser. It bridged the gap between the inside fender wall and TRD Cold Air Intake box, fit perfectly, and I can detect no leaks whatsoever..
