When you have an appt.with your dermatologist who is focused on preventing skin cancer, basal cell carcimonas, brown spots, actinic keratosis…….ETC. My forearms are covered with brown spots from the sun after decades of loving the outdoors. I have had to get precancerous skin stuff burned off. Did you know you can get sunburned through your car windows?! Wear your sunscreen (a good one) and get these gloves, wear them while driving!! These are also cooling because the sun isn’t roasting. I looove mine. PS: This company is fabulous.

I'm not sure if I received a flawed item or manufacturing fault etc (rather than a consistent quality), as I'd understood Coolibar to be quite a reliable, premium brand for UPF wear. However, I have literally worn these ONCE for a couple of hours max, in the UK heatwave this week, which is precisely what these are designed for. The grip is peeling off already - you can see the 'pale' areas where the adhesive has lifted from the fabric.Absolutely disappointed, having never spent this much on a pair of gloves before. Want to return them, but that means now I won't have any protection for my holiday :(

Reapplying sunscreen is exhausting for this freckled redhead, but when I'm driving and hiking in the desert it's so nice to be protected like this. These gloves are comfortable and wicking, I was hiking in 110 degree weather and they saved my arms! I also wear them when driving.

My job is outside sales, so I drive around all day. I was looking for sun protection for my hands and arms (windshield can't be tinted). These are SO comfortable and the dusty pink is perfect. The palms even have little grippy things for the steering wheel, also your phone or cup doesn't slip out of your hand when you're wearing these.
