This book covers a lot of ground looking at how different elements (technology, data, the way we work...) affect the outcomes of public services and ultimately shape people's lives. Overall Ben's message is positive - with the right mindset and tools we can do things better! And there are lots of examples of what has worked well over the years.An inspirational read for anyone involved in delivering work in the public sector.

This is such a fantastic book! Even after working in design for 12 years, I gained new perspective about creativity, innovation and design in the public sector - especially as it touches policy. I feel inspired by the positive outlook here. It's a must-read for any designer working in the public sector or civic space.

Sometimes you pick up a book and know that it's gonna be a good'un just by flicking through.Multiplied is one of them.Whilst it's written through the lens of the public sector, it's clearly transferable to all kinds of businesses working in even a vaguely Agile way.I loved the key takeaways of chapter 4 (A design state of mind) so much, I started there and worked outwards.Highly recommended.
