I use this Kettle for parties. This can keep the liquids hot for 4 hours then they are kind of warm but still potable warm for another 4 hours. The legs are handy when you keep this on the table and want to pour directly into bigger cup. Like others said, does not hold 3.5 gallons as mentioned in the description can hold up to 2.5 gallons. I bought two of these and I like them. Beware there are plastic filters that comes with and do not loose them as they are not available as spare parts.

I ordered this product because I needed something for hot chocolate ASAP for a large event but couldn’t find anything in stores and delivery for online inventory would not arrive until after my event. I was more than pleased! The water stayed piping hot over 8 hours! It holds so much water that I didn’t use it all and I hated having to throw the remaining water out because it was still perfectly hot and usable. Easy to carry. No leakage. Great seal. Performed PERFECTLY! Silver looked AMAZING with my vendor setup. GREAT BUY! LIFESAVER! 🥰

Ordered the item for a hot chocolate bar for a baby shower. One of the tripod legs broke immediately after filling the entire urn leaving the product standing crooked. Had to keep the item propped to keep it balanced. On a positive note, the insulation did keep the hot cocoa warm for hours. Would not buy again for the price paid and cheap quality. Tried to notify the manufacturer, but never received a response.

We distill our water & easily pour it into this vessel. Clean before using; there are no bad tastes or smells. Our family drinks a lot of water, so this is a good size for us. It’s lightweight but can get tippy if it gets low on water & we are careless. The spigot locks down, if necessary. I gave 4 stars because the spigot is plastic. This is not a refrigerator; ice melts like in any standard beverage dispenser. It’s classy looking, easy to keep that way, & we like it very much! -Sara

Haven’t used it for its intended purchase yet but I did measure the capacity and it only holds 2.5 gallons. Definitely not as much as I expected but it will work. Did stay warm after 8 hours. Not hot but warm.

This urn works like magic. It’s the best investment I have made by far. Heats up pretty. Super efficient and exactly what I needed for my small business.

I ordered two of these dispensers to use for gatherings. Love them!! Keeps hot beverages hot and cold beverages cold for an extended time! Easy to clean and doesn't leak! I would recommend buying extra batteries since the temperature display is on all of the time.
