Cramp defense works !! My husband was getting cramps nightly. He took this product , three at night before bed, and the cramps stopped. He forgot to take it for a couple weeks and the cramps began again. I stand by this product for its effectiveness.

I have been using Cramp Defense for three years. Before I started using Cramp Defense, I would get incredibly painful cramps in my quads, hamstrings and calf muscles. I have to take four per day, but I have virtually no leg cramps at all now. I do get occasional leg cramps from working too much in the garden, but they are minor compared to the cramps I got before using Cramp Defense. Be sure to follow the dosing directions and start with just 1 or 2 capsules a day. This product really works for me.

I must be very honest here. These cramp capsules works on certain cramps, ( over worked muscles), or with an on set of cramps due to over working muscles, like gym workouts. I do get a quick relief 85% of the time, but about 15%, I get no FAST relief until I take at least 4 to 5 capsules and rest, plenty of rest to relax the worked muscles. I would buy this product again, but the cost of this Cramp product is very expensive for the number count of medications.

I have bought this product Cramp Defense many times over the years. This product really does work for me but I can’t afford it anymore. MgBright LLC out of Houston Tx please show some grace and drop your price. You have raised the price so high it no longer makes sense to purchase yet the need is still there. I started buying Cramp Defense for maybe 30 dollars and now it is 50. I am too aware that EVERYTHING has increased in price but this product rose much more than most.

Cramp defence is a wonderful product. My husband has being using it for many years. He had very painful leg cramps . He had to walk them out. He found this product and has been using it for years to control his leg Cramps. He suggested Cramp Defence to a friend with the same problems and it works as well for him. We would suggest this product to anyone with leg cramps. Please keep making this product

I've been using Cramp Defense now for 3+ years. I haven't had and middle of the night leg cramp, or any leg and foot cramps at all since using it. I take 2 at bedtime, and 1 in the morning. Give it about 5 days to really kick in and start working at the beginning. I highly recommend this stuff if you are experiencing leg and foot cramps!!!

I have been using Cramp Defense for several years, and I no longer get leg cramps at night. I take 2 caps in the morning, and 3 at night. I’ve tried fewer, but the cramps return. This product works well for me.
