Great customer service and quality plant
We received the replacement plant after the first arrived with all of the leaves broken. Customer service was excellent after some difficulty contacting them since this product is considered non-returnable. The new plant was in great shape.

It is really tough, I find, buying live plants in the mail
The plant that arrived had a well-established root system, and several healthy looking leaves sprouting from that root system. However, including the roots, the plant is only about 4 inches high. I’m not exactly sure if we can expect flowers this summer; but it was packaged well—the plant was in water and sealed tightly, arriving with another plant that we bought from the same supplier. Keeping fingers crossed. It’s just so so small. UPDATE: the small “supposed to flower” plant is already DEAD—deceased, no more. Waste of money.

Awesome
Fantastic plant. No issues planting and getting it to grow. A thing of beauty

Not the greatest health, yellow and more leaves that had fallen off than actual plants
Poor condition, hopefully they'll pull through

It's a nice plant. You have to be patient with it.
They're really nice. The plant came in good condition and was healthy. They kind of die back in the winter even though I live in California and we do have slightly warmer winters than most people. But it does get down into the 30s sadly not enough for snow. It's too early for it to flower,

Made it through shipping
It's a very small plant when you get it, but they packaged it very well. It come double bagged. The plant and dirt was a little out of its container when it arrived, but the plant was unharmed. I currently have it in the top of my filter box to help with algea plooms in my koi pond and it is growing well. I've had it for a couple of weeks now and it has doubled in size already. With some water hyacinths the algea plooms are almost all gone.

very poor specimens
there was barely any life in these plants, a hint of green so I stuck them in my aquaponic tank and after a moth I have a couple small green leaves emerging, they will survive, but I find it hard to give this seller a 5 star.

No instructions came with the poppies, just 4-5 greenish yellow leaves & a small clump of roots
I just read quite a few of the reviews which helped me figure out what to do with my plant. I think they should put instructions in the packaging. I just got my first water feature in my yard, so I am not familiar with these plants. I did buy the correct soil and the potting that was recommended. My question is when you put it in the water are the leaves supposed to be on top of the water or can they be below the water? The plant itself is relatively short so I will have to stack up some rocks to keep the leaves from going underwater unless I hear otherwise. I'm really hoping they survive and flourish! I am in Southern California so I imagine it's a good zone for these kind of plants… we will see ;0)
