Do these water shoes offer any kind of arch support?

They are closer to a barefoot type shoe. If you have high arches these may not work. I like them but I have always enjoyed being barefoot. They are great for yard work and puttering around the house and used as slippers. I have 2 pr getting ready to order a 3rd.

Are these waterproof?

Yes they are waterproof, great for the sand no for pavement.

Does the insole slip and roll up when putting on and taking off?

They are very light and stay in place.
