Anyone that says this tint isn't great.. simply cant tint.. its easy to cut.. shrinks great.. all around perfect experience using it.. dont let the negative reviews get you.. its simply user error...

Honest opinion: I want to start by saying the tint is great. Cuts easy (you still need to spray it with your soapy water) and shrinks great (does not burn with a heat gun very quickly)this makes installing easier than other brands that I have worked with. With this being carbon it gives fantastic heat rejection and makes driving comfortable. Background: This is the second time I bought this tint, the first time was a year ago now. I had to retint a few windows because of kids and it was my first time tinting and I screwed it up the first time. Issues: Now for the only issue. I bought the exact same tint in the exact same shade. From the photo you can see the difference in color. Now this could be from the first one fading over time but the new 5% is darker than the old 5%. Other points of note: The film removes from the tint easiest with packing tape. This tint gives you a nice thickness and durability without causing issues for windows to roll down. Yes it is darker on the outside than the inside but it is still dark on the inside. Helping you choose the shade: The larger and more windows on your vehicle the darker the tint will need to be to make the vehicle feel dark enough. 20% on a single cab truck will feel darker than 20% on a minivan. Remember you need to drive at night... Limo tint(5%) is dark and you cannot see things easily at night like... Street signs. As a 1st time installer on my truck. I think I did pretty well. This stuff is NO joke. 😳 It's really easy to apply, I recommend watching a few vids on YT to get the technique down. 🫵Won't regret it. I also recommend a heat gun!🔥That helps A LOT to but don't fry the edges when applying the tint. This stuff is really dark so I'd only apply to your states law. 😎

Definitely takes some skill to make it look great, but you can get it to look decent if you take your sweet time with it and are pretty handy and meticulous. Also the box is hilarious. Best packaging I've seen in a long time!

It does everything as it is described but the adhesive backing lacks bonding so the edges don’t cling on and adhere as it should. Privacy features as it should, blocks UV rays, and looks great overall overall. As said, good quality product as described but adhesive backing could use improvement. Should I need replacement tint - I would not buy this product again. Hope this helps.

A little blurry even when shrunk but then when I laid a piece with out shrinking first it was not blurry just dam! Dark! I have it all around looks nice no bubbles

I never tinted before, this is good roll to practice on since you get a lot of material. I don't know about time but it seemed easy to install to me. I just watched a bunch of videos on how to apply tint and shrink. The color seems good and no issues from me, since I knew what I was getting into with no experience at all at install it. Biggest thing for me is preparing the surface before install.
