Zipbolt 40.200 Routing Template - For Use with 10.500-10.900 Joint Connectors Drawbolts (10.500, 10.600, 10.700, 10.800, 10.900)

Absolutely necessary for trouble free installation of Zip Bolts - can't imagine attempting without this template. Pricey for sure (seemingly) but well worth it.

Does what it should do if you follow the bit and bushing advice on the package. Would be nice if it came with screws but not a big deal.

Overpriced for something that I will only use a couple of times. Iam not a professional so I will only use this a couple of times. It is just a molded piece of plastic. With that said, in my opinion, it is the easiest way to create these slots.

This template is super helpful for joining countertop together. I use it quite often. Def a good purchase.

I just followed the instructions and routed out the recesses for my zip bolts. This made a super professional look on each and every recess. Highly recommend if you're a DIYer and need a simple guide solution like I did.

creates a nice hole for the zip bolts Wish I didn't have to drill into the piece to attach, but it's underneath. Should cost 1/2 what it does, but it works.

We just ended up using these as a template to trace in pencil where we needed to router for the zip bolts and did it freehand with the router. We have bought the bits shown in the instructions and didn’t work for us…. It actually just ate up the plastic a bit? Was the most expensive template I’ve ever bought and been unable to use. Very well could be operator malfunction I suppose

works great, but they didn't tell me that I had to buy a special router bit to make it work
