I installed this as a hand wash faucet in the kitchen. This is in addition to our main faucet. I also have a point of use water heater. It's really nice to be able to wash your hands quickly without having to touch the faucet or wait on hot water. I bought this in 2017 and didn't get around to installing it 2018 or so. Then, a couple of months ago it stopped working. I was doubtful that I'd get any help from the manufacturer. However, I emailed them. After some basic troubleshooting, they sent me a replacement! Installed today and back in business. That kind of customer service deserves a 5+!

The installation instructions are inaccurate. There were scratches in the led. The light stopped working after a month.. I tried replacing the batteries and that didn't work. Then the hot water would randomly be very hot and the cold very cold. Which is strange as the control for that is under the sink. Be careful if you have kids like i do. Tried changing the batteries again just in case and nothing. This is trash. It b is actually the first of two of these i had purchased. The second had most of the same problems but this one lasted a little longer. I just missed the window for a return. This is just garbage. If the seller reaches out I will change my review to reflect that.

We received the package and the faucet was packed very very carefully. We also had to purchase the top plate because our sink has three holes and this is a one hole faucet, which was not a problem. However, the faucet works and looks beautiful. It’s very well designed my wife loves it, and the children get a kick out of it because it gives you a blue light, a green light and a red light. The downfall is the fact that you the temperature of the water with the standard handle you have to go under the sink to either change it to all cold or hot or combined once you start using it cold water With the blue light to warm water With the green light and turn to hot water with the red light. That’s the only downfall, but we become used to it. I wish that they would’ve given you the option of on deck water control as a standard faucet separate for separate for cold and mixing by combining both. If I had choice to buy again I probably would not. I would look for one that had that option overall, I do like it. After one year, the blue light no longer works. Don’t know how I can change the bulb all corrected because it’s very little information on the instruction pamphlet. There isn’t any contact information for the company to assist in changing or correcting the blue bulb. I don’t like the idea that you cannot control the water temperature. You have to set it underneath the sink and then I can go from cold to warm to hot and you cannot adjust it unless you get under the sink and adjust a little dial. I would never buy one like this again. I would only purchase one with Handles on top that allow for cold water and hot water control. I will be removing this and purchasing one that has two faucet handles, I would never buy something like this again. I’ve seen other people that complain that the lights went out after a year and I expect the other two to fail soon! I would not purchase this if I were you

Great product. Clear directions on installing. Put it in the "powder room." Bought it mainly because grandchildren visit almost daily. A motion sensor turns the faucet off & on, so no dripping faucet because the children did not turn the faucet off properly.. I set the temp (via temp controll knob under the sink), so no burned hands. The colors change with the increasing temp of the water; the children like to watch the colors change, so they more readily do a thorough hand-washing. Adult visitors also get a kick out of using this faucet!

I purchased this because I was looking for a motion sensor faucet for my hallway bathroom. When i recieved it I noticed some scratches around the light. I returned it for another and the second one had the same scratches. At this point I decided to install it since I didn't want waste more time. The install was easy for me only because I already installed a touch kitchen faucet. The instructions that it brings is not for the actual faucet you get. After installing it the lights do work and you see it change with the temperature how it should. The motion sensor was weak it was frustrating keeping the water running without having your hand close to the sensor. Another issue is that you can't control the power of the flow of the water. This product has a lot of potential, i hope they fix these issues. I ended up getting a regular faucet from Lowe's.

Pain in the a$$ to install, but works fine and the cats quite enjoy using the faucet :)

Garbage! Don’t waste your money. This faucet looked great new but started oxidizing within a year now it looks terrible! One star is even to high of a rating!

I purchased item Nov 2019, by Oct 2020 the box started to leak. I had to replace it. Positives- looks great, lights up, looks modern and saved on water. You didn't touch anything, just wave your hands near sensor so that water is on. Negative- first box under sink leaked, didn't make a year Second - the water temperature cannot change once you set it. So it starts out cold then warms up to very hot 🔥 if you keep it on too long. This product may work for you if its install in a bathroom with low usage. I am going to Dell products. Dell has a telephone number and a warranty. I have to purchase twice seems I wasted my money for the look and not the quality
