Not the most effective hair dye, had to leave it on for a very long time. Nice colour when it finally finished developing.

The hair dye didnt work it was on over an hour absolutely rubbish very upset!

Well. I wish I’d read the reviews first. I’m 56 and usually blonde and have had to cover root growth for a good few years now. I’ve been looking for an alternative to John freida dye I’ve used for years as they suddenly stopped selling it ! I’ve used the JR brand before and had very blonde results with good root coverage but despite the bond repair products it did feel very brittle and dry a couple of washes in. I chose this one due to the root blending claim as my roots are silver grey. This has not touched my roots at all and if anything has just made my hair more like the colour of the roots so they don’t show as much !! This may be the actual result they are looking for but I feel this colour has aged me 🥺. If anyone from JR can advise me what to do next I’d appreciate some advice.

What I didn't like was the thickness of the solution when mixed. It was really hard to squeeze this thick mixture out of bottle. Had to remove the top and squeeze into hand! My hair was already very light blonde but seemed to be very gold near the ends. I chose this shade mainly to neutralise the yellow and it worked. The problem is when you see a beautiful blonde shade on a colour box, it is unlikely that your hair will turn out that colour because it depends on what dye you have on your hair before you start. Best to do a strand test first to check the colour. I'm 73 and have been using home colours for over 50 years and I really recommend testing before you do your whole head of hair!!! Good luck 😊

Absolutely useless. Pics and text on box exceptionally misleading. Have been using box kits to bleach and tone my hair for years, and this is by far the worst product I've ever tried. Not sure why it's described as permanent. It genuinely did nothing. Didn't blend grey, didn't lighten dark hair, didn't tone bleached hair - so the only thing permanent is the waste of your time and money. 👎💸
