I've been trying several different brands and while some are okay , others am not really feeling much or the levels are low. This one I FEEL, I feel more clarity and focus and in a general feeling of just calm , sort of like Theanine if you've ever tried that. I got it for keeping immunity up and for the other properties that these most ancient of things possess. In these times it's important to keep up immunity but to VET what you take. The taste is earthy as it's mushrooms which was surprising as others had no taste which makes me wonder if they are even good, this stuff is the real deal.

I've never taken mushrooms before. The taste is a little yucky but not too bad. I can't really tell a difference but it's only been 4 days. I read a few of the mushrooms in these help with endometriosis which is why I'm taking them (along with other added benefits). I'll update when I've been taking them longer.
