TILO JEWELRY14k White Gold Classic Round Hoop Earrings

Bought one pair for my daughter’s birthday and found that one of the earring clasp is very loose, unbuckles and falls out of her ear when my daughter wears them and moves around.Bought a second pair and the exact same thing happened.So with the combined two sets, I now have one set that works and one set that have loose clasps.How is the supplier going to give me some sort of financial compensation for a useless set?
