I just bougt it this is a overall good product but has a downfalls it is very snuggle so u dont exactly know does the piece is ok or not if ur working with a sibiling or someone itll be done in about 3 days and if your doing solo it wil take i week or two over printing quality is good and all

Have been looking for an adult jigsaw puzzle and bought this 1000 pieces (amsterdam design) in Jan. At this price (paid Rs 840), this is definitely a steal - quality of pieces, variety of designs (bring required difficulty/challenge) and thoughtful accessory (sorting trays). In fact, they have taken care of little things, like, sturdy box build, printing on box sides, and matte finish of puzzle poster inside. I wish they could have given a foldable base over which the puzzle could be arranged (provided the size of puzzle 27”x19”). Overall, would suggest to try a 500 piece version before moving to 1000 pieces!

It was an wonderful end product when completed. Got a beautiful picture, can't be better then this. Took almost 15 hours with 2 others along myself. Some things which i would suggest are some more sorted trays and some just more quality of pieces 🧩, rest for superb, hoping to buy one more pattern soon.

Easily the best jigsaw puzzle I have come across in terms of quality. The colors are crisp and not hazy like in other companies. There is a hi-quality poster which is very helpful to compare with individual pieces. Four puzzle sorting boxes are useful to separate pieces from different parts of the puzzle. I have just finished the Amsterdam puzzle (took me and my daughter 8 days to finish) and I am already planning to order another 1000 piece puzzle. Highly recommend for those interested in jigsaw puzzles.

Received this 1000-piece puzzle on 4th April 2026 in completely unsellable condition. The manufacturing date is January 2021, and about 90% of the pieces are defective. The backing cardboard has lost its gum, causing pieces to separate — now the box contains around 1600–1700 pieces (1000 printed + 600–700 loose cardboard pieces). This makes the puzzle unusable. Very disappointing — quality check before dispatch is strongly recommended.

First time with 1000piece puzzle. Loved it loads! Will recommend it. -Its very vibrant image that keeps you motivated to complete the task. -Colours and the sharp design of image are great for a beginner. -The extras helped me a lot. Note (other reviews mentioned this too)- -I felt there is a bit of gloss to the pieces(not fully matte). - the edges fray out on the first play, so don't know how long it'll last for repeat play. - See completed image of puzzle to understand its edges. Accompanied image in the box is a slightly wider image.

Brain tree puzzles are the best puzzle I have ever completed. The pieces are sturdy and perfect fits also the colours and the crisp printing are top notch. The sorting trays and zipper bad was very useful too. I personally enjoyed this Amsterdam puzzle a lot as its my dream place.

The puzzle back does not have alphabets, so sorting itself takes hours. The cover box quality is really good but the puzzle loses its sheen compared to the box. In first look pieces look frail, pack lustre but you get used to it after the initial few hours. Puzzle pieces fit well, except for the top two sky rows. The puzzle had no missing pieces. Sorting trays help a lot. It is very complex puzzle. All in all, a good time pass for adults/ young adults. It is too costly for the quality or even the product itself.

We really enjoy any puzzle this company makes. Great quality and attention to detail.

Several pieces were not cut properly so be careful you don’t damage them when you separate them. Fun to do and interesting cuts and bright colours.

Considering the price point, puzzle quality was very much lacking. The cut is the main issue. It was not precise enough to even ensure straight edge pieces, such that, there were very visible notches along the edge. Some backings of pieces were torn and stuck to other pieces, while some of the front images were peeling off. The image quality though, was very vivid, and the pieces interlocked ok. Unfortunately, given the availability of so many other great quality puzzles of the same price or even cheaper, I may not find myself buying another Brain Tree puzzle.

a lot of puzzle dust and semi cut pieces still attached to puzzle. rough edges. can see white edges on many pieces. cutting was awful, too many pieces not cut all the way through. back peeling off some. picture was vivid and pretty but not worth the price which was higher than most of the better quality puzzles I have bought. will not buy brain tree again.
