Is the device battery powered

Thank you for your question. It is a manual stainless steel massager, no battery powered & non-electric. Wish this answer your concern.

Hi do you sell a used one. How much ?

Sorry, we don't sell the second-hand items.

What is the best way to sanitize between clients while maintaining the integrity of the tool?

Thank you for your question. To sanitize the stainless steel between clients, you can use an alcohol-based wipe, or a disinfectant specifically formulated for use on stainless steel. Daily, please clean the silicone sleeve with a mild soap solution and water. You can also use a disinfectant wipe specifically formulated for silicone material. Once the silicone sleeve is completely dry, store it in a clean, dry place until it is ready to be used again.

Is this item illegal in California? It appears to technically meet the description of brass knuckles?

Thank you for your inquiry. The LittleMum T-Bar knobber Massager is explicitly designed for deep tissue massage and does not possess any sharp edges, blades, or features typically associated with brass knuckles. Given these design characteristics, it should not be subject to the same legal restrictions as brass knuckles in California，
