Beautiful Product, Wonderful Customer Service
I ordered these boxes for my siblings to commemorate our mother who passed away recently. Not only are they beautiful and well made, with perfectly legible text and a great melody from the box, but the sellers somehow realized (probably because I put our mother’s birth and death dates as part of the inscription) that the boxes were commemorative and included a note of condolence. I never write reviews but I am so touched by this small gesture of kindness, thank you ❤️Based on other reviews please note these are small - they fit in the palm of your hand. They are beautiful and make a great sound but please don’t rate this product lower because it’s smaller than expected!

I'm so grateful
This is my first time writing a product review, but wow, does this product deserve one. I had added a few characters that did not go through and was messaged the day after I placed my order. The customer service was terrific, they clarified everything and even gave me the option of a refund. I had seen the message a bit late as I wasn't aware that you could get messages on Amazon, but right after we clarified the problem and it only took 2-3 days to get delivered. Honestly amazing and the music box itself was so cute.

Cute music box
Smaller than I expected but I didn't look at the demionsons when I purchased it. That was my fault. Its adorable though and plays the music loud and clear.

MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT
***WARNING: This item cannot be returned.*** This is a tiny, flimsy little box. Mine came with accurate and neatly done engraving but I didn't expect the size to be so tiny and "delicate". Also - in order for this music box to play music, the crank handle has be be turned constantly ... it's NOT a wind-up music box. I believe that all these details should be specified in the item description. Very disappointed and a huge waste of money. I'd complain to Amazon but I doubt it'll make any difference.
