If you are looking for cashews ready to cook, this is your choice
These cashews have zero (or if any, doesn't feel it) salt, so they are the right choice if you plan to roast them yourself, or use them in recipes where you are looking for a neutral flavor. I have used them several times, letting them soak in lukewarm water for them to release a little oil, and then allowing for them to dry before using it in different dishes as an unflavored cream. You can very easily turn them into things such as vegan parmesan-style powder cheese, by combining them with nutritional yeast, or to add more "creaminess" into peanut butter with ease. I recommend them.
