Franklin Sports Quick-Setup Steel Soccer Goal

Putting this together was super easy. Once fully assembled, it looks really nice. They do provide stakes to put down so the net stays firmly in place. Because this is so big, the top and side bars are a little sway e butt firm. It sags a little on the top. It does not affect the overall quality though. I would recommend.

The first thing we did with this was take zip ties to secure the net (just for added protection). Assembly was quick and it was super easy to move when needed. However, the reason I’m writing a review is because this soccer goal survived a blizzard and it’s still in perfect shape! Over 70mph winds and about 4 feet of snow and it looks just like it does the first day we got it. Inexpensive, but great quality. Definitely would recommend!!!

Good soccer goal. My kids have had this up in the yard all summer and love using it for practice or playing with their friends. The shorter pipes go together to make the full width (looks like you could swap some pieces to make the goal a little smaller). But because of the pipe sizes and diameters the goal can rock/shake if it takes a food shot off the posts. There are included U-anchors that work okay. But can always beef up with other lawn anchors. Has held up well so far with my kids (both under 10) , but can't gauge durability if it were used more strenuously with older kids. Overall, good value. Easy to fold upright down to ground for winter storage and very light/easy to move for mowing.

The product is perfect, easy to put together, folds up quickly. We got it for a 8 yo boy and 11 yo girl grandchildren. What we didn’t see coming was the 2 under 1 year dogs have eaten most of the lower part of the net. It is easy to get a replacement net, but will try to wait until dogs get older before we buy a new one. Good news is kids still use what’s left of net, still good practice to see if they can hit the target and defend it, net or no net. So, beware of dog access to product.

Just finished using it for the first time , i decided to buy one to try it out and if it was good ill buy another one , lets just say the second one is on its way very soon. and i have to say very good first impression i thought i was going to be confused on setting it up , but setting it up was very quick and easy , the main way i use it is as a portable goal i use it when i go to the park and play and when im finished i disasemble and put it back in the box ( you will need a carriying bag) . Its sturdy enough to handle hard shots , and the met was quick to set up aswell so far very impressed.

Easy to set up, fold and move. Perfect for what we need. My son will be able to use this for years. The only downside is that the little metal studs that keep the poles in place get rusty (I’ve only noticed this at the top of the net) after a few times it rained. However, that doesn’t bother us, still works fine and looks great!

This goal set is a really great value. It is a perfect balance between portability and durability. These are much better than other plastic or fiberglass nets that are twice as expensive.

It's a great cool. The issue is the net will eventually be torn from the goal cause the thing that keeps the net on is some straps that rip and tear with each strike and sun makes it brittle. Use tie straps if you have no intentions off easily replacing the net. But everything else is sturdy including the net.

Good product although could have been a bit heavier in order to give it more strength and make it more sturdy, nevertheless it's good, easy to install.

Well made and an excellent value! Don't think it's as sturdy as a 1000$ soccer goal, and that's not the point of this particular goal either, but it's more than good enough for my kids to enjoy, provided they don't hang from the top bar or else it will bend. For the price however, I couldn't be happier!

Have only played with it for about 30 mins but so far so good. Assembly was very easy until I came across one connection that was not sized properly! One of my #6/#1 connections didn't fit and I had to warp it with a wrench until I was able to slam it together. When assembled and trying to carry it, the 12x6 net bends a lot. It's a little awkward to move it around by yourself. Easy for two people though. The net straps seem to hold well. Once the stakes are pushed into the ground the net stands very firm. The fact that it folds doesn't really help with storage too much. 12x6 is still a pretty large space. The black paint/coating scrapes off really easy, seems cheap. assemble it on grass.
