No, the size of this bag is not suitable for a 13-inch laptop. The main feature of this bag is multi-function, compact, and multiple zipper pockets.

Q: How deep are the pockets? Is the bag waterproof?

The pockets are a generous size, not the tiny useless ones you often get. As for waterproof, I haven’t tested that yet but for many years have used bags of a similar material with no problem. It’s a nice looking bag and I do like the ease of conversion to a backpack.
