LSCING Snow-White Leather Executive Office Chair with Plush Foam Seat and Back

Alright ...where to start -1st off the packaging made me question if I had received a returned item due to how all of the parts were just tossed into the box and allowed to bounce around at will - I should have stopped there.The first word is "COMFORT" in their description and this does not have it.It also points out that it has 'memory foam' but it obviously has amnesia because this thing doesn't remember anything ******** OR ********it has the memory foam but that is it - there is no other padding - just the memory foamThe armrests are leather covered metal - that is it.It stipulates in the picture that the BACK reclines separately which is important to me and this does not - it goes back with the seatThis is literally one of THE hardest seats that I have ever tried - there is -0- padding comfort - I have an inexpensive "leatherette" chair that is shockingly more comfortable then this board on wheels.To put it plainly - I had to look to see if there were any restraint attachment points because this thing could stand in as an S&M device it is so dang uncomfortable and stiff.I had given it a 2nd star (but removed due to NO customer service) because it is a pretty white leather but if you are considering this chair for COMFORT reasons like I did then you will be terribly disappointed .... as I was.Maybe if they didn't point this feature out (COMFORT) so prominently then I wouldn't have been so let down because it is a nice LOOKING chair but they are blowing hot air when it comes to it being anything close to comfortable.This thing is going back and I SOOOOoooo desperately did not want to do this.*** Update *** - Be very, very careful if you decide to do business with this company - I returned this item a month ago and have attempted 3 times to inquire as to my refund and I have gotten -0- response.They have my money and my chair and they will not respond to my inquiries.There are other companies making much better chairs that know what customer service means and deserve your money far more than this company could ever justify.

Very pretty chair but showed up with spots on the white. The legs were covered in black substance that left fingerprints all over my chair from assembly. Also - any little bump tears the fabric. There's already a hole where it turns and bumps my desk. Wouldn't recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  The chair is great for my office and work space. It is very economic and great for my body and posture. It fits great and doesn't cause any pain after long hours at the desk for working compared to my old chair. It was easy to put it together and there are many possible adjustments that can be made. Great buy!

It is super easy to put together just watch out for the oil and dirt on screws because it will get all over the chair. I just about had an out of body but the greasy dirt came off with a cleaning wipe.

I hate this chair. I thought if I spent more, I would get a high quality chair. It doesn't tilt so it leans back way too far. the arms always feel like they are going to break. it really was a rip off.

Very comfortable chair, support my neck well.I love the style and the white color. it is compact and simple.Setup simply. Quality is very good with heavy material, Wheels rolling very well, Up&down smoothly.
